I bought this for Macbook Pro Time Machine backup. It works fine with time Machine. After plugged in Mac automatically starts to back up. Its just that it takes for ever to complete a backup. 12 hours?... I had this machine for only a few months and I dont even have any game installed. Its way slower than I expected...

I thought that I was purchasing a solid state external hard drive but it a spinning disc and a lot slower that I’d like. With that being said the price was right, storage and size is great. I was also backing up 500 Gig from one computer and 750 Gig from another so that’s a lot of data to transfer.

Ive had it for about 6 months and it so far its been working really good no complaints. Starts right up with my girlfriends Imac.

This is the 3rd I have ordered. One for each of my laptops. Easy to install and setup.

2tb is actually 1.81tb and its a little slow, but it works. Transferred around 100 gigs of photos for backup I had stored away from weddings and events, so hopefully it holds up and doesnt die like other reviews have suggested. Took around 30 mins to transfer the 5k plus files. Overall happy with it so far.

I got it because its $30 cheaper than the Xbox imprinted version, and I like it. I had trouble with initial set up, since you need to put it in a specific SS USB slot, but otherwise its fine. For those who are plugging it into their Xbox, just know that you have to plug it in and perform connection setup while its on. Count to ten, and if nothing has popped up by then, its in the wrong SS port. Minus a star only for setup, but otherwise its been doing its job just fine, and Im satisfied with that.

Make sure you reconfigure your computer to the hard drive. It caused my boyfriends computer to restart several times. The problem went away after it was reconfigured.

For the price. Cant complain. Everything worked great
