Seaworthy Innovations Stern Pad - Standard Size - White - Screwless Transducer/Acc. Mounting Kit (not for Large 3D Scan Transducers) - Made in The USA with Genuine 3M VHB Adhesive

Installed pretty easy and worked fine for a few trips outs. 3rd time was the charm, heard a crack and looked back to see my transducer laying inside the boat. Screws still installed and a chunk of the white pad still attached. The adhesive held find but why would you make the block actually weaker than the adhesive?? Looks like it pulled a plug out of the block screws and all still tight and holding to the plug...

Install was easy - followed instructions. Have run the boat almost 200mi (and at speeds approaching 50mph) since installing transducer on it and there have been no signs of failure.

Not sticky enough to stay on boat.

It came in and I installed it as it specified. I thought it would cure or something. Left it to dry 2 weeks then took it out on the later it came off in 5 min at 8mph. It was nothing but foam double face tape. Had to bring it back home. Strip it all off and use JB Weld for marine epoxy. Would not recommend this item. Btw it’s also a painted wood block.

I was a bit skeptical but did some quick research on 3M VHB and decided to try it out. The pad works and was pretty easy to install. The hardest part is selecting the right spot to mount it. I am thrilled that I did not have to put holes under the waterline!

I am extremely pleased with this product and the excellent customer support from Seaworthy. I bought two pads last year and made several trip to the lake with no issues with the pads. I used them for mounting two transducers and never had a problem. I resently contacted them directly for help with relocating the pad and immediately they were very helpful. Since then I have decided to purchase another standard pad to help with the relocation of a transducers. Excellent Product and Customer Service..

This product came with everything that was needed. I used it on Jon boat and it works as it should. It takes some effort to prep the surface but that is what it takes for good adhesion.
