This product works great when the directions are followed.

Install was easy - followed instructions. Have run the boat almost 200mi (and at speeds approaching 50mph) since installing transducer on it and there have been no signs of failure.

Not particularly easy to install, and wasnt thrilled to have to sand my gel coat. However, after following directions to the T, I have had no problems with over 15 trips. All in all, a much better option than drilling into my boat, and would buy another over drilling at any point.

This product came with everything that was needed. I used it on Jon boat and it works as it should. It takes some effort to prep the surface but that is what it takes for good adhesion.

The block feels like a cheap 3D printed part. It feels very light, low density and I dont thing it will hold the screws securely.

The 3M tape makes at easy replacement and an excellent seal. Just follow the instructions.
