Sennheiser Professional HD 280 PRO Over-Ear Monitoring Headphones

Great quality.

Ive gone through many cheap pairs of headphones before a co-worker introduced me to these. The quality of the sound blows away the other junk pairs Ive had (note: do not by Skull Candy Headphones. Yes, they look cool but they sound terrible). These headphones are large & comfy and the sound cant be beat. It also drowns out background noise incredibly so you can tune out things you dont want to hear. I love these headphones!

My second pair of Sennheisers! Cant go wrong with these. Just as good as all those new headphones that are out.

When I first saw these headphones, they were in my dads possession. that was in 2007-6. Now it is 2011 and they still look like new. They have been used as monitor headphones and now I use them. As well as having them used for monitoring purposes I now have adopted them for daily usage (with careful handling!). I must say, the Dubstep I listen to sounds amazing and I cannot hear anything out on the street. For anyone looking to do some audio mixing to have a good time listening to your favorite music, these are the best all-round phones I can think of.

They are quite large for my little head and get heavy after a short time. I had to return them as I forgot I wouldnt be able to comfortably wear glasses.

I just got these for christmas and i adore them. they block out everything so well. my dad tried them and he thought i was pretending not to talk. i love the bass on them too. they really just surround you in music and it really feels like the way music should be heard. i highly recommend them.

Good headphones, a bit warm (over the ear type) but good at isolating external sounds.

Forgive my language, but these are the best headphones Ive ever tried. Ive only been using them for an hour since they arrived and I just had to share my experience. Normally, I dont buy gear like this, but I wanted the best for my home recording studio. (I have Universal Audio Apollo Twin interface.) These headphones are soooo clear - I hear everything, good and bad on my mixes. And commercial recordings are just a joy to listen to. And the padding is so soft and gentle, its like being wrapped in an audio blanket.
