I LOVE this vacuum! There are so many ways to use this vacuum thats makes it so convenient. I can detach the front where the dust and hair go and get under my bed, couch, cabinets... etc. I love the light in front of the vacuum that allows me to visibly see the pet hair on the floor. The suction is a 10/10 it has a powerful suction. 10/10 would recommend if youre looking for a GREAT vacuum

Ive been using this vacuum cleaner for a few months now and I have zero complaints. Powerful suction and the liftaway capability is wonderful. And - no hair wrapped around the beater bar! I have long hair and with my previous vacuums, it would get wrapped around the beater bar, which was a huge pain to remove. Because of the way this vacuum is designed... no wrapped hair! I know that doesnt sound like a big deal but if you have people in your family with long hair, you know what I mean! Very pleased with my purchase.

Easy to use, comes apart easily for cleaning and using just hose. Incredible suction, cleans carpets better than all the expensive Vacuums we’ve tried (Dyson, etc). Great value, we’ll see how it lasts, but I highly recommend this vacuum after many pricey disappointments.

This is the best vacuum for our situation. We have two golden retrievers and the hair is unreal. We also have a long shag area rug… this vacuum WORKS! I am astounded at the amount of hair it picks up every time I vacuum. Love all the features as well!

What a fabulous replacement for my precious Hoover WindTunnel. This is why we are loving it: 1. suction is even better (though WindTunnel has been amazing), 2. like the fact I can now easily vacuum up my rabbits fur under the bed without crawling under, 3. so far no long hair wrapping around barrel (though weve used just once but filled up the entire canister - much bunbun fur), 4. it propels itself forward (but a big harder to move back to ones self; not a deal breaker unless you are on the much weaker side), 5. doesnt feel cheaply made, and fulfills our needs. Hands down would recommend......

I have never had a vacuum deep clean a carpet better than this one. Outstanding, really. The features are well-thought out and I definitely like the portability and ability to utilize the handle-only and wand-only applications as well as basically having a canister-type function choice and an upright at the same time. The hose connecting to the wand is pretty stiff and does not have much flexibility which can make it a bit awkward to manipulate, but it is manageable. I have not tried the stair tool so cannot speak to its efficiency. There are some negatives. As others have mentioned, the forward movement is propelled, I think, by the strong suction, but pulling it backward takes effort for the same reason. That is a minor complaint for me considering my carpet has never looked better. I have only one carpet in my home, 10 by 13, and bare floors throughout the rest of my home. I have two dogs and a cat. The dogs shed lightly, the cat is a prolific shedder and my carpet can be covered at times by clumps of his hair. I bought this vacuum because of the technology that prevents pet hair from wrapping around the brushes. Amazingingly, it does just that as you can see by the pictures I have included. The front brush should be removed each time it is used because hair does accumulate there, but it is very easy to remove. No problem at all with that. There is a small vertical bush that gathers some hair, too, but, again, easily removed. Where hair does wrap, very tightly, is around the two tiny wheels, one on each side of the main brush compartment. I already have a Shark vacuum, eight years old, and the reason for this new vacuum was to eliminate the need to pull all the hair from the brushes, two times with each use. Getting the hair out from around the tiny wheels on my new vacuum is far more difficult and time-consuming than simply cutting the hair away from my old machine brushes primarily because of the tiny space. I tried several ways to do this and found make-up tweezers worked best. If anyone has an easy fix or a better way to take care of the little wheels, I would greatly appreciate hearing about it. It is something that absolutely needs to be done every time the vacuum is run, if you have a lot of pet hair, because it would not take long for the little wheels to stop turning. Hair literally stuffs the space on either side of each wheel with hair. Hope the pictures help anyone considering purchasing this machine. Does a great job, but does require more maintenance than I expected!

This replaced a Dyson ball, that I was never happy with. Dyson advertises that their vacuums never lose suction, but the suction on the Dyson was too weak to begin with. This Shark has WAY more suction. It also has a far better brush roller. The brush roller on the Dyson was self-adjusting but seemed to ride on top of the carpet pile, instead of digging in and pulling out dirt. The fins on the Shark do a much better job of getting into the carpet fibers. The fins also dont get clogged with hair, and the second roller does a great job on the bare floor. The lift-away turns the vacuum into a corded stick-vac that lets the vacuum get under the sofas, entertainment center, and beds. The headlight helps you to see the dirt in those areas, too. And the fact you can use it as a wand or handheld is a huge improvement over the Dyson, too. So, what are the negatives? Its ugly. Its heavy. The hose is a bit short. The cleaning head is a little too tall to fit under one of our sofas, even in stick-vac mode.

The power on this thing is impressive. The design makes sense. You can detach fron the base and carry it. The vertex is a master vacuum on hardwood floors, it picks up everything and doesnt throw it back at you. On carpet this thing glides its inpressive.

This is just the vacuum I was looking for! I have multi surface home, this does it all! I love the fact that the handheld suction has rotation. And the soft brush suctions on hard floor and does not shoot debris out the back. Definitely my favorite vacuum I’ve ever bought!

I bought this vacuum because my old vacuum would make me have massive allergies when I would go on a cleaning rampage and needed something that was truly going to seal all the dust in. I feel like I have thoroughly tested this vacuum on multiple surfaces: wood floors, area rugs, carpet, tile, and have used the attachments on corners, baseboards, blinds, and our couch. Findings Suction is very powerful, like it feels like the vacuum is pulling you forward, it sucks the dirt soul out of my rug which is awesome. For wood floors it does a decent job but it feels like you have to be right on top of the dirt for it to pick things up whereas other vacuums will pull anything around it. Honestly I’ve been very happy with this purchase except for ONE thing, the hose. Serious design flaw here. The hose length is ridiculously short. You will get a workout when using any attach one cause you’ll be whipping the whole vaccuum around. Yes you can detach the canister from the vaccuum but for many tasks you need both hands which leaves you with the same issue. For example when vacuuming my blinds it did a great job because of the strong suction but I definitely need both hands for this task. I was seriously sweating trying to finish the task and feeling like I was swinging the whole vaccuum around. With all of that being said I’m still happy with the purchase, it really does a great job getting every bit of dirt out and it keeps it all locked away very well. If the hose were longer it would be the entire package, I hope they redesign this in the future.
