> 3 dayI have it four stars because it is absolutely crazy I cant find manufacturer attachments to this. It comes with two fairly worthless attachments. I went to the official Shark site and they have none for this machine. Really!?! Had to order a generic set with an adaptor that is next to useless. The good part is that it works really well on the rugs. I had to wonder after I vacuumed all my rugs if I had ever vacuumed. Unbelievable what came up. It might be a bit heavy for those on the weak side. The lift away function is fine. The hose is a bit short so that helps. Seems like the cord is on the short side as well, at least compared to my previous vacuumed. Overall, good, except for the attachment aspect. Thats idiotic.

> 3 dayI have owned a Dyson and can tell you that Shark makes a great vacuum that lasted longer than the Dyson. I have 4 cats. This Shark does a great job of cleaning pet hair from furniture and carpet. I had to replace my last Shark that Id had for years. This Shark is a great vacuum for the price! I have recommended it to my daughter and friends.

Greater than one weekNice and lightweight, love it overall, only thing is the attachments are kind of loose, so sometimes when I’m vacuuming they fall off their stands. Not the end of the world just kind of annoying.

> 3 dayI am a huge fan of Shark vacuums. I also have a very expensive Miele canister vac, and I have to say the Shark is easier to use and has just as good (if not better) suction as the expensive Miele. Mieles are also notorious for having short cords, which are a real pain in the neck. I had been using the Shark Navigator NV70 for the last ten years (it was a goldish-tan color), and I loved that vacuum. After 10 years of service, it just stopped sucking one day. I didnt even notice that it had lost suction until I vacuumed my cream, bedroom rug and 5 minutes later I found my long, dark brown hair everywhere. I tried new filters. I washed out the canister. But alas, Shark, know to his friends as Sharkie, was no more. So, I decided to upgrade on my new vacuum to a Shark with the lift away feature. I have been using the Shark NV360 for over a month, and I really love it. Assembly was a breeze, and boy does this thing have a lot of suction. After my first trip around the house, I had to empty the canister twice. The NV360 is a beautiful navy blue color, and it does come with a crevice tool and red, felt lined upholstery tool. I did go ahead and spend a few bucks at the Shark website to get an accessory package with a longer crevice tool and a brush head attachment, which I prefer to the upholstery tool. The lift away feature is easy to use. Sometimes the release buttons/latches that you need to press to release the lift away can be a little tight, and you need to press the button while wiggling the vacuum to get the lift away to release. In comparison to my old Shark NV70, the NV360 is much lighter with a wider vacuum head. The NV70 was built so tough that it felt like a truck could run over it, and it would be fine. The NV360 is lighter which makes chores easier, but you also lose that great, sturdy, feeling that the NV70 had. The NV360 feels a little like a toy vacuum in comparison to the NV70. The NV70 also had a longer cord - maybe 5 feet longer. But, the lift away technology and wider brush head do make up for the shorter cord. My only real complaint is that the NV360 is so light that it can easily fall over. That is a problem when you are trying to reach that last little bit of whatever with the extension wand and then BOOM. The NV360 has its weight near the back of the vacuum, so it tends to fall backward rather than on its side like the NV70. That caused a dent in my coffee table, but now I know that I really have to move the vacuum to a closer outlet when using the attachment wand. Overall, this is a great vacuum with great suction at a fair price. I do miss the sturdy feel of the NV70, but for anyone looking for a lightweight vacuum with excellent suction, this is your solution.

> 3 dayThis has been an excellent vacuum for me the HEPA filtration is a big plus as i live out in the middle of the desert where dust is a way of life Ha ! The suction is great and its easy to use and maintain. I recently retired my old Shark Navigator model 42 that i bought in 2014 i never had one problem with it shes just totally worn out ! Thank You

08-06-2025The suction was great and for most that would be an advantage, but I need something that will glide easier.
