Im honestly blown away. This is my first time buying a shark and it is crazy good. I have 3 kids, two of them toddlers, a husband, and a puppy which means constant messes. This makes my carpet look so clean. The suction is so strong that when I was using liftaway to vacuum the stairs it took effort to move the hose across the floor. Im in love and if your house is borderline hoarder mode like mine with the constant messes, this is what you NEED!

We have tile floors and use only a light weight vacuum with no brushes and not great suction. The NV360 Navigator has great suction which had to be adjust to a lesser pull to avoid dragging the small area rugs. My wifes allergies were immediately affected by dust stirred up by the brushes. That did not seem to be from any leak in the dust cup but may have been from the brush. The Navigator pulled a significant amount of dirt/dust from the small rugs. Will test for dust issues when use again next week.

My Dyson sucks the silt out of the carpet and so does this one. Easy assembly, light weight - easy on the shoulder Needs a longer cord. Love it!!!

I have it four stars because it is absolutely crazy I cant find manufacturer attachments to this. It comes with two fairly worthless attachments. I went to the official Shark site and they have none for this machine. Really!?! Had to order a generic set with an adaptor that is next to useless. The good part is that it works really well on the rugs. I had to wonder after I vacuumed all my rugs if I had ever vacuumed. Unbelievable what came up. It might be a bit heavy for those on the weak side. The lift away function is fine. The hose is a bit short so that helps. Seems like the cord is on the short side as well, at least compared to my previous vacuumed. Overall, good, except for the attachment aspect. Thats idiotic.

I bought this vacuum when my last vacuum died and Ive been using it now for a few months. It has its pros and cons. Pros: *The suction power is amazing. I feel like Im on one of those informercials where they create a clean path through the dirt to show you how well it works. I am very happy about its cleaning power. *I thought the attachments wouldnt work very well due to their design and what I read on other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised how well they actually work on sofas and fabric covered things. They even stay on the attachment holder, unless I hit it the wrong way. Thats about all I have for the pros. Cons: *This vacuum is SMALL. Its only 11 inches wide! Youre making many, many paths across your floors. I almost think it would be better suited for a motor home or RV. *The dust bin is also small. I have a yellow lab and while I admit I dont vacuum as often as I should, when I do, Im emptying the bin 3-4 times. The bin is also hard to empty. I like that both the top and the bottom of the bin open to try and make it easier, but the way its designed, dog hair gets piled up behind the inner plastic tube and Im pushing and pulling clumps of hair from both ends to try to get it out. *The cord is long, which is great, but it comes out of the bottom of the unit, practically on the floor. Every time you have to pick it up, move it, or go to wind it up, youre bending down to the floor. I tried to feed it through the top handle to make it easier to grab, but that makes it awkward to remove the hose for the attachments. I have a bad back, and bending over time and again does not make it happy. *The vacuum stops working when you sit it upright, which is pretty typical, but it snaps into the upright position way too easily. I cant vacuum one step without out it locking into its upright position, which turns off the roller and suction. I have to push the front of the vacuum down over and over, which requires me to either use my knee and balance on one leg while on stairs, or bend over again and again. As I mentioned before, this is not pleasant with a sore back. *I cant use this vacuum on my throw rugs or area rugs. I have a 6 foot runner in my master bathroom and an oriental carpet in my family room that need to be vacuumed. I used to be able to step on one end and vacuum away from me without any problem, but it doesnt matter if I turn on the brush wheel or not, the vacuum just gets stuck on the rugs and I cant move it. I gave up and just took them outside to shake. Bottom line, the vacuum has great suction power. Probably the best suction of any vacuum Ive ever owned, but all the other things make me a bit disappointed in the purchase. I just spent 20 minutes vacuuming and my back is killing me. I hope this is helpful for someone out there.

I still have my original, beloved Shark Liftaway but my renter wont give it back. He loves it that much! My favorite feature is how easy it is to unclip and dump canister. Love that I can wash every filter (also easy access), long, pliable cord, quiet, less than 17#, and really does a nice job cleaning. Im expecting this one to last a long time too. The bright LED light bar is a new feature. Another great design feature: it SNAPS together in 4 clicks - no tools!

I needed an upgrade from the vacuum I had because it would try pulling out dog hair but would never bring it out of the carpet. My tan carpet looked gray in areas from the black dog hair. I asked around and a few of my friends recommended a Shark Navigator. I liked the pricing and it seemed to have good reviews. I just got it today and was excited to try it. I used my old vacuum on Monday....today is Thursday. The carpeting didnt look too dirty but I still wanted to try out my purchase. It pulled out so much dirt and hair from my clean carpet. I emptied the canister and thought for fun Id weigh it to see. I could puke! It collected 0.4 POUNDS of nastiness from just the general walking area of my carpets. This wasnt even a deep clean (I didnt go under the couches or even every area of my living room).

I’ve bought this product in the past and always loved it. Does a great job and not overly expensive for a vacuum cleaner
