> 3 dayBought 2 packs of cleats at the same time. One real and one obviously fake. Side by side comparison.

Greater than one weekI tried these after using yellow for over 10 years. They need a couple of adjustments, but once theyre dialed in theyre great.

> 3 dayWhen cycling you want a bit of freedom in your shoes & cleats, but dont want it to feel too sloppy or rigid. I found the Shimano Blue cleats with 2 degrees of range just the right compromise. Originally I used the Yellow cleats with 6 degrees of motion, but these felt too sloppy when I would climb hills or hit the power. I also found the extra range allowing my foot to rub against the crank. The Blue cleats still do give you noticeable range on your foot position. You can wiggle it slightly, but I feel I have more power in my pedal stroke with the slop taken out.

> 3 dayThe Shimano SM-SH12 offer the increased 2 degree float over the Shimano SM-SH10 no float cleats. The increased float reduce the amount of knee pain on a very aggressive 70 mile ride.

> 3 dayThese cleats are really cheap. Just one ride and the yellow grips have come off. You think they could make something better.

Greater than one weekIm a cyclist with expensive taste but a dog-catchers budget. Over the years Ive learned to avoid cheap stuff because it doesnt last and therefore doesnt really save money. Nowhere is this more true than cycling consumables. My Giro race shoes are nearly a decade old but, freshly cleaned and polished, they look almost new and perform as new. The cleats that came with them wore out over a couple of seasons, so Ive been replacing them with the cleats featured here. There some controversy in this comments section about whether these cleats are counterfeit. I can find no indication of that but am aware the Chinese can replicate almost anything to perfection. In this case whether they are counterfeit or not is immaterial because they provide the same performance and lifespan as they originals they replace. Im on my third set of replacement cleats from this source, and like the others, these install easily on my Giro shoes, fit my Dura Ace pedals perfectly, and give me a reasonable lifespan -- up to two seasons of moderate-level riding. I recommend them highly.
