SHIMANO SPD-SL Cleat Set

I get a new set every year. I put over 2,000 miles per year. I think most of the wear and rear is from walking around and not while on the bike.

These cleats are not durable. After few rides they dont click to the paddles.

These are kind of annoying to dial in, but once you finally find the perfect spot they have no cons. PROS: easier to clip in/out less wiggle than the yellows slightly more power transfer CONS: all the pros could be cons, and it takes a while to get them positioned perfectly.. some peoples knees also need the wiggle room the yellows provide. Also if you position them badly your knees wont be happy with you. The yellows are more forgiving with foot positioning so if youre just starting to ride clipless go with those. The reds are for people that know how to clip in/out and know what their ideal cleat position is. Ive seen some experienced people accidentally clip out in these too so be careful even if youre used to riding clipless.
