SHIMANO SPD-SL Cleat Set

Exact fit for my Shimano bike shoes. Easy to install.

Don’t buy the cheap ones, these are worth the extra few pounds. I purchased the cheaper version and couldn’t get my foot out of the clip! So I ditched them and got these. I wish I had done that in the first place. Great replacement for what I had. Does the job well. Hopefully they will last a while.

I ran my first pair in the ground! (literally). So, I got a new one. First lasted about 15 months. I rarely use my cleat covers which probably would have prolonged their life a bit more.

just what I needed

speedily too much float and tension adjustment sucks, Spd makes hot spot. Shimano yellow hut my knees, red you have to be a psychopath with old to set up correctly. these float on a different axis than the yellow cleats and float a little less and for me provide optimal power transfer especially out of the saddle.
