> 3 dayI bought a set of the less expensive (cheap) look a likes. After an accident, I need my left foot to release easily and the cheap ones hurt my ankle. I bought a set of real Shimano and my foot slides out like butter! Yes, it cost more but it is really worth more!

> 3 dayWorks as expected. Plenty of float for a new cyclist. Easy to release.

> 3 dayIts shimano, and they just work. If you dont walk on them, they will last thousands of miles. I wore one set down by skidding on wet ground for about 25 yards while trying to avoid a crash. If you dont do things like that, they will last.

Greater than one weekSolid cleats! Ive had three pairs of these, as I like to rotate the cleats out every 1-1.5 years. They hold up well for a heavy, yet seasonal rider. I literally have zero complaints about this product.

> 3 dayAs you would expect from a Shimano product. These bolted up perfectly, aligned exactly with my last set and clicked in with out a problem. Plus, I really, really like these so much more than Speedplays (that have become so popular) because the yellow parts of the cleat are a soft, rubbery material so you do have some level of traction when unclipped (vs. the Speedplays which are all super-slippery metal).

> 3 dayIve had a pair of yellow SPD SL cleats and wanted to try the blue (2 degree). No problems with my yellow (6 degree) cleats and the yellow tabs are still on. The blue tab that serves as a grip on the bottom of the cleat fell off as I was testing clipping in and out of the pedals while still in the house. I havent even ridden on these blue cleats yet. I wonder if these are genuine Shimano cleats.
