> 3 dayClip in super well don’t ever feel like I’m Going to fall out. Even after 2k+ miles. They are getting slightly looser but that could be the pedals wearing also.

Greater than one weekCalas totalmente recomendables. Es la primera vez que uso calas de “carretera”, estando acostumbrado a las SPD y me han resultado muy cómodas. El ángulo de ajuste hace que te sientas muy cómodo al pedalear

> 3 dayWhen cycling you want a bit of freedom in your shoes & cleats, but dont want it to feel too sloppy or rigid. I found the Shimano Blue cleats with 2 degrees of range just the right compromise. Originally I used the Yellow cleats with 6 degrees of motion, but these felt too sloppy when I would climb hills or hit the power. I also found the extra range allowing my foot to rub against the crank. The Blue cleats still do give you noticeable range on your foot position. You can wiggle it slightly, but I feel I have more power in my pedal stroke with the slop taken out.

> 3 dayI have about 500 miles of use of these cleats. They are holding up very well. I have walked about 3/4 of a mile off road with theses on my cycling shoes. (Occasionally i have to do a little bit of walking down a off road trail to get from A to B). The cleats are made of a tough durable material. My cleats get banged up a bit by tiny rocks and they still hold up very well. I highly recommend these cleats.

Greater than one weekGreat cleats but honestly they wear out too quickly.

Greater than one weekThe order arrived in a timely manner. The cleats were enclosed flexible plastic, not in the standard rigid plastic that Shimano uses. I compared these Shimano cleats that I had on hand, and they are close to the same size and appearance and actually stamped with the Shimano name, but are not OEM. Appears they are probable useable, but I resent buying knock off items advertised as original equipment - and paying $5.00 more than the cost of the real thing

> 3 dayThey are good and do what they are supposed to, reducing float in comparison to the yellow(stock) cleats. My left knee ended up hurting so switched back to the yellows and am still trying to recover from the knee pain. My experience doesnt mean that the product is no good. Just didnt work out as well for me as it may for others.

> 3 dayMy pedals came with these so I sent them back, but these would have worked perfectly.

> 3 daygreat cleat ! worked perfectly on my bike ! There are different colors for different amounts of play you want on your feet . Of course this correlates to your experience level. The beginners should try the looser ones and the experts go with the stiffer ones.

> 3 dayI tried these after using yellow for over 10 years. They need a couple of adjustments, but once theyre dialed in theyre great.
