> 3 dayThese cleats are good. I gave them 5 stars because they do everything they are supposed to do. I have no complaints and will conitnue buying them.

> 3 dayStill trying to figure out what I think about these. Part of me wishes they were a bit more in between the yellow and a zero float. But they seem to be ok. I wont use aftermarket parts on something so inexpensive, connected to something so precious (my knees).

> 3 dayI love it. It has normal traction when you walk - safe, not slippery; and not very thick - does not make you walk weird.

Greater than one weekThey do the job and hold up well.

Greater than one weekGood quality cleats at a great price; they last a long time too ... if you look after them - not too much walking on hard surfaces.

> 3 dayThe cleat is fine but it does not fit tightly with the most current pedals. Make sure you check your pedal model number and recommended cleats.

> 3 dayExact fit for my Shimano bike shoes. Easy to install.

> 3 dayThis clip in and out fine and work fine. They seem affordable. I think that I got about two thousand miles out of the first pair. I bought a second pair.

Greater than one weekWhen cycling you want a bit of freedom in your shoes & cleats, but dont want it to feel too sloppy or rigid. I found the Shimano Blue cleats with 2 degrees of range just the right compromise. Originally I used the Yellow cleats with 6 degrees of motion, but these felt too sloppy when I would climb hills or hit the power. I also found the extra range allowing my foot to rub against the crank. The Blue cleats still do give you noticeable range on your foot position. You can wiggle it slightly, but I feel I have more power in my pedal stroke with the slop taken out.
