> 24 hourBought my first pair 3 years ago and they still are in good shape (despite my gelding’s best efforts). He’s a bit hard on his gear so I bought him new ones this year & a friend with an older, quieter horse is still using his original pair. Great value! Love Shoofly!

> 24 hourWe bought these for our horses and they work great. They keep the flies off. Our horses wear them 24/7. Will never go back to the fly boots

> 24 hourThese fly boots are the only ones that didn’t get destroyed in a long term use, don’t rub my horses legs and stop all the annoying stomping.

> 24 hourMy QH gelding seems to attract flies like a magnet especially to his lower legs. I’ve tried different sprays, feed through fly control (which helps for the rest of his body) but I would still come out to his legs bleeding or gross from fly bites. I put these on and the flies can’t figure them out. Although they are open at the top the flies don’t go in or down. He’s happy, I’m happy... the flies will have to find something else. As far as durability I’m not sure yet bc I haven’t had them long but they are thick and the velcro seems to hold well.

> 24 hourThese fly boots allowed my two OTTB to get through the summer without stomping their feet off due to flies.

> 24 hourThese legging are well designed with the wider top. They don’t inhibit movement. Horses don’t mind them. I think stopping stomping is the most major deterant I have seen. It is good for joints, hooves and shoes.

> 24 hourThey work! Keeping flies off legs...no more sores. Very pricy for what they are, and not sure how they will hold up, but, they work.

> 24 hourI wasnt sure how well these would work, but my horse has had them on 24/7 for one week and they look to be in good shape. Best of all though, hes not stomping his feet at all with them on, so I would definitely say theyre fulfilling their purpose! I was also worried his legs would get sweaty with these on, but theyre loose and have great ventilation, even around the pastern. Do they look stupid? Kind of, but not as bad as I thought they would look. Worth it for the relief from the flies they give him. His legs arent sweaty or rubbed at all with these on, and he seems very happy with them. I read the reviews and wasnt sure on sizes, so I ordered both the large and the medium. They were nearly the same height, but I stuck with the large because I wanted them to be loose enough on his pasterns to be able to reach down to the top of his hooves, which the large did but the medium did not because of the smaller opening. My horse is a 17hh Thoroughbred for reference. I suggest ordering based on your horses bell boot size, not necessarily the height.
