> 3 dayThese look a bit odd. However you can put them on and leave them. No danger of them twisting and causing injury to their legs.

Greater than one weekWe bought these for our horses and they work great. They keep the flies off. Our horses wear them 24/7. Will never go back to the fly boots

> 3 dayOur mare was constantly stomping from the flies getting on her legs, so out of desperation we tried these leggings- and they have changed her life! She grazes peacefully with no flies bothering her legs! Our farrier looked them over when we got them, and he put them on our horse. After seeing them on her, he said he was getting them for all of his horses! We highly recommend!!

> 3 dayI bought a set of these last year and they held up well despite a lot of abuse by my horse rolling in mud and running in the pasture with them on day after day. I bought another horse and she also worked on them pretty good. I thought they might rub too much if left on, but I have never seen any sign of that. I “retired” that set sort of. I purchased a new set for the horse I use a lot, and put the old set on a geriatric horse that is kinder to them. They work great at keeping flies from biting! Easy on and off. Good price for the quality.

Greater than one weekIll admit I didnt think these would work. They are open at the top, I thought flies would get in. Not only do flies not get in, they dont even land around the opening. This is my second year using these. My horses hooves are in better shape because they are not stomping, my time is in better shape because I dont have to reapply fly spray throughout the day. I actually think I save money by using a lot less fly spray. Id say these last one fly season, 4 or 5 months. I leave them on 24/7, removing them every several days to check on their legs. Note, the boots on the hind legs have more wear. The plastic stays seem to permanently bend on the hind legs. The sizing guide is accurate. I have a donkey in the pony size, a smaller mustang in the smalls, a quarter horse in the horse size and a large mustang and a warmblood in the large.

> 3 dayI bought one set of four just to try them out on the front legs of my horses because theyre both covered in flies throughout summer every year. Ive had these on both of my horses for a few days now. Both are notorious for slipping out of things, tearing things off, etc. These have remained on strong with no signs of wear and tear. My mare is even able to take her baths in her water trough with these on and hasnt hurt them (this was a huge issue for me--i needed something that would solve our issue, as we cannot put fly spray or other chemicals on her legs for this reason). She was able to tear off one tag, but it didnt do any damage. I worried that these wouldnt work because they remain so open on the top, but they havent had flies sneaking in at all. They are not slipping, they are not leaving rubs. These are great, and Ill be ordering another set to cover their back legs as well!
