These work exactly as advertised, and have really cut down on foot stamping. The only issue have with them is trying to get mud out of the mesh can take some work when washing them. Now I take them up to the car wash and use the high pressure hose t clean them.

I purchased these fly boots mainly because my horse gets hoof cracks/chips from stomping trying to get the flies off his legs in the summer. These have helped tremendously. I bought the orange to match his orange fly mask. I just wish ShooFly had more of a variety of colors to choose from.

Horse owner of 25+ years, these are hands down the best. Theyve been on my horse now about 3 months solid, only taking off to clean and check legs and ride. They keep flies off, which is great and needed for my older guy who has arthritis so he isnt stomping as much. There are few signs of wear and my horse also has some goofy conformation (so I was expecting uneven wear), but I dont see much at all!!! I tried fitted ones before, and these are SO much better and so much more comfortable for him. There is no doubt that these ones are the best and will definitely last all season, maybe even 2!!! I board in a large stall with a large run, so he is able to run and lay down, and these are still durable!

These are the first fly boots that actually stay up and stay put, that we have used on our horse. Very strong velcro - he cant get them off. He tried to shake them off his legs for the first few days but them got used to them. Great product.. no more stomping!

Boots certainly help with flys but aren’t very durable. Definitely a one season purchase. Photos of mine after 7 weeks.

These are just what you need to keep the flies off. Velcro wears down, but that is always the case. Had to get orange!
