I like this mic because it has no popping or distortion like some other microphones i have used in the past. I use it for my voice when it is my turn to sing during the jam session and for my guitar when others are singing. The switch is a benefit when I want to play quieter for some of the other members.

Ive purchased the Stage Performance Kit. the picture clearly shows the microphone with on/off button. However, the microphone I received has no button. Very disappointed! Sending it back.

Would not use any thing else

Shure has been making great pics for many decades now; I still have my old SM-78 I bought in 1982 and it works great! Its been banged up and carted around, and still sounds as good as it did the day I bought it.

Great mic, sounds good, use it at our 1/2 stock car track.

The sound quality is not good as what other brands with the same price. I did not know also that it doesn’t come with wire and mic don’t have switch button. So, therefore the price is not reasonable for this model.
