This pc was very nice good gaming experience and overall a good pc

Bought this for my son the gamer. He did need to redownload some drivers, but now its working great. He says its 5X faster than his old (5 years old) computer Love the lights

Exactly what my 13 yr old needed/wanted for gaming. No issues setting up, he did it by himself. He’s been using it for around 3 weeks now and loves it! Works great so far. He is getting a hard drive as he has run out of storage, but we knew that would be an issue.

We were pleased with the computer for the first few days as it worked flawlessly and was great for gaming. Then the computer froze and support missed its appointment by four hours. After updating wondows and all of ghe drivers, it worked again and then the graphics card died. At that point we returned it.

When I first got it, it was several days late, I thought it would never show up! Once it did show up I had no problems setting it up, it was very nice and simple. I do think it runs very smoothly with games and such, however after having it for a couple of weeks I started running into some problems with the PC. One of the issues I had was that there was no SATA data cable to connect a SSD card to a hard drive, yet for some reason it only had the one SATA cable for the power, you would think they would include both like most PCs do. Now that brings me to the second issue, I could not find/locate where the hard drive that it says is in the PC already, so now Im starting to think that there is no hard drive at all like they had advertised being in the PC. If someone has the answer please let me know.

Original review when I left One star : The worst product I have ever gotten. The first time I loaded it up I was shocked that it had none of the essential drivers installed on it. I couldn’t open a single game in Steam because of it. After installing everything, it still didn’t work. I restarted my PC and it was stuck on the loading screen for an hour so I decided to completely wipe it out and start fresh. It was working perfectly for a few hours and had everything installed once I hard reset it (I have no idea how). I was happy I fixed the problem and I shut it down to go to bed. I woke up a few hours later and the computer is bricked now and won’t even load up. Pressing F10 and trying to repair it comes up with “failed to repair”. Not to mention SkyTech isn’t taking any calls right now due to the virus. I waited two weeks for the computer to be delivered and sending it back will take even longer to get a new one and at this point I don’t want to take another computer from SkyTech. This is a horrible product. How it passed inspection, I have no idea.

Ordered two of these for our kids for Christmas. Our son wanted it for newer games and they all run great! Warzone runs on ultra with zero lag or blur. I like it so much I bought one for myself. Will be here in a few days.
