Product did not work. Customer service with SkyTech was horrendous. If you purchase the pc and it works, you will likely rate it high based on features. Features are useless if the product is faulty and the customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Buyer beware.

Hello friends! If you’re in the market for a PC and are contemplating building one or buying it prebuilt let me stop you right there because you just hit a jackpot. I’m not heavily experienced in IT but I know my way around electronics and suffice to say this computer is way good for its price.

I have been using this PC since august 15th and have had no problems with it and runs games like Minecraft and cs go very smooth!

Missing small screw for M.2 SSD installation but overall its good.

Great starter gaming pc for my 12 year old. We researched and decided on this one. We are happy with our purchase. Easy set up out of the box and it comes with a keyboard (that changes color too) and a mouse. My son was thrilled. There is no lag on the games he plays (Fortnite, Call of Duty) and I’m happy I don’t have to hear about that anymore either!

Everything works really well. I use mine for light gaming and working on school work and its perfect. It took while to figure out how to turn off the RGB, but if you hold down the light button it will turn them off.

Arrived with a great packaging, on time and with everything in the description. Very clean and a good cable management. Skytech provide instructions and Tec support if something goes wrong.
