I have no complaints for this product, arrived earlier than expected, packaging was nice and even came with a keyboard and mouse, runs every game I own very smoothly at high settings, and installing a hard drive was very simple.

After 6 months of owing this pc doesnt work anymore called them and their tech support is utterly disappointing. Not one bit helpful at all and was pessimistic.

Original review when I left One star : The worst product I have ever gotten. The first time I loaded it up I was shocked that it had none of the essential drivers installed on it. I couldn’t open a single game in Steam because of it. After installing everything, it still didn’t work. I restarted my PC and it was stuck on the loading screen for an hour so I decided to completely wipe it out and start fresh. It was working perfectly for a few hours and had everything installed once I hard reset it (I have no idea how). I was happy I fixed the problem and I shut it down to go to bed. I woke up a few hours later and the computer is bricked now and won’t even load up. Pressing F10 and trying to repair it comes up with “failed to repair”. Not to mention SkyTech isn’t taking any calls right now due to the virus. I waited two weeks for the computer to be delivered and sending it back will take even longer to get a new one and at this point I don’t want to take another computer from SkyTech. This is a horrible product. How it passed inspection, I have no idea.

I ordered this computer for my 14-year old son to play video games. The computer he had been using was very slow compared to this SkyTech PC. The graphics were better also. Alos, the computer was very easy to setup. We only had to plug in the peripheral components (mouse, keyboard, speakers) and we would good to go. I highly recommend this computer.

PC works great. Its also pretty quiet for how many fans it has. Colors are also a pretty cool perk. I primarily use this build for video editing and it handles it like a champ. I also tested out streaming VR and it did it with no issues. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to either edit video or do complex gaming on a VR device. (I have an Oculus Quest)

This product is amazing. Every game runs smooth and I can stream on this pc without any delay or frame drop. It’s definitely worth the price

The Graphics car in the picture is a four output but not what you reveive. Instead of 4 it only has two. The mother board ports are a incorrectly pictured as well. There is only 4 USB 3.0 ports on the back, unlike the 5 pictured here. There is no USB-C ports on the back as there is in the picture. You are not getting the equipment advertised or at least displayed. I purchased this for a friend and they love it and still think it was worth the value... However, if you want to get what you see... you will NOT1

Excellent machine! Arrived in three days and took about 15 minutes to unbox and set up. This was purchased for live streaming church services and has delivered flawless performance. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to use it for this function but dont have a large budget.
