> 24 hourThis pc worked great out the box... for about a month. After that the PNY SSD just stopped working. I contacted the company for a replacement SSD but its been over a month now and no luck.

> 24 hourI will say, the computer itself runs programs fine. No problems with the software, hard drive, or the processor. The fan makes a very loud clicking sound on startup that lasts for a few minutes before stabilizing. Im not sure if the fan was loose on arrival, or if there was a wire stuck. I have no idea if there is a quick fix for this--if anyone has a suggestion in that vein, Id be glad to hear it. This is something I could probably live with, but its a bit disappointing to be shipped a computer where some of the hardware seems to be loose with no obvious way to fix the problem.

> 24 hourI played World of Warcraft on an old iMac for years and decided it was finally time to upgrade. Wow, what a difference. The graphics are so much better and there is no lag at all. Everything worked right out of the box once Windows completed a bunch of updates. Im very happy with the gaming performance.

> 24 hourSorry I don’t have a better photo, we are getting a new desk and my PC isn’t set up at the moment. I bought this PC to be able to play Overwatch with my sister. It runs beautifully. I instantly load into any game I play. The way the computer is built will make it easy to upgrade as I wish. I had always thought I would build my own PC, but I didn’t feel like waiting anymore and this was the right price. Zero complaints. I would recommend buying your own keyboard—while it looks cool, it isn’t mechanical and is pretty uncomfortable. That said, I didn’t realize it came with a keyboard, so it’s still a nice bonus in my eyes.

> 24 hourGood deal for the price I wasnt expecting much from the included mouse and keyboard but they are actually quite nice and light up. Only had one issue with the GPU fan snagging on a zip tie in the case but I was able to get inside and fix that issue rather quickly. I would recommend this pc.

> 24 hourMany of these reviews speak about bricking. I have not experience any of that since I set up the computer a week ago and I use it heavily for gaming.

> 24 hourI was blown away from the moment I began to unbox my PC, I knew it was going to be all the parts I needed, but I have no idea how well it was prepared for me and the peripherals that were included with it I had no idea were included with it being extremely high quality. I am a power user and someone who uses a large amount of user modifications so I can appreciate the level of design that went into the keyboard for sure its amazing. The Pc itself is beyond Satisfying. I love it from the feel of the casing to the glow of the lighting It is by far the best purchase Ive ever made and the most impressive display of customer service Ive ever seen in my life. Thank you guys so much

> 24 hourComputer runs great after replacing a 9 year old build. However it came with only 8gb ram, not 16 as advertised. Also not sure how to tell if the card is a super or not, it all just says 1660 in my specs. I would give give 4.5 stars if not for the missing ram.
