He absolutely loves the computer! Weve had it for several months now and have had no problems at all. My older son had a Skytech PC for several years and it served him well.

> 3 dayThis pc worked great out the box... for about a month. After that the PNY SSD just stopped working. I contacted the company for a replacement SSD but its been over a month now and no luck.

Greater than one weekExcellent machine! Arrived in three days and took about 15 minutes to unbox and set up. This was purchased for live streaming church services and has delivered flawless performance. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to use it for this function but dont have a large budget.

> 3 dayIt died on the first week of owning it. I tried getting help from their tech support but they didnt answer their phone and told me to schedule an appointment which would be 2 weeks out. Then I emailed and saw that it would take up to a week to get a response. So, I ended up returning it.

Greater than one weekI bought the SkyTech Nubula yesterday from Amazon, which arrived around noon today. It was packaged in a large amazon box, and inside was the machines box. No chips or dings on the boxes or the machine. I disconnected my Lenovo ThinkCentre and hooked this new Nebula. I had an issue when setting it up; I could not get the monitor to work! I called customer service and got right through to a technician. The graphics card was covered with plastic plugs, so I did not see the HMDI socket. There was an HMDI slot above the graphics card, but that needed to be corrected. Got it up and running, and it looks really kewal with all the blue lights. Its a very quiet running machine. The fans make a low humming sound I can barely hear. Im pleased with my purchase as well as with customer support!
