> 3 dayIF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCT OFF AMAZON BUT NOT FROM SKYTECHS APPROVED SELLERS LIST THEY WILL NOT HONOR A WARRANTY. Couple things right out of the box make this machine a bad call. 1. No integrated video card so you must run any monitor or tv off the gpu only 2. The power supply vent and fan is on the bottom so can not be placed on a carpet 3. The way the fans are set up you only have 1 intake which is covered and only intakes through the tiny holes in the front. That being said yes there are a bunch of exhaust fans but they are just removing hot air from in the machine barley any fresh room temp air is entering making the other 3 fans pretty useless waste of power 4. No upgrade capabilities I mean you can add 2 more ram sticks but that is it basic mother board 5. The over all customer support and tech support are terrible and rude. I have had to contact them 4 times now with issues. 2 people had no idea what they were talking about like at all had to youtube my answers. 1 person was so rude and basically just refused to give me support just kept not answering my questions and not trying to find out and help just wanted off the phone. 1 person though he was like the guys you talked to have no idea what they were talking about. How much time you got? We will fix these issues in 20 mins and he did so 1 out of 4 people were helpful the other 3 were useless and or careless. I wound not recommend buying from this company.

> 3 dayI had been wanting to give PC gaming a shot for years and, more specifically, I really wanted to try out PC VR games with my Oculus Quest 2 (Meta Quest now, but you know what I mean). Im certainly plenty tech savvy, and 100% believe I could have actually built my own PC, but for my introduction to a world outside of consoles, I figured a pre-fab would be the safer option. Ive had this machine for right at or over a year now, and Ive been nothing less than surprised with how well it has worked for me. I always thought that I would need pay $2,500 to get a machine that would run games at max settings, but this one actually does it very well. I play games like Total War: Three Kingdoms, Battlefront 2, & Smite - and they all run on max settings. The first game that I found that didnt default me to max settings was Resident Evil 3 (remake), and I really wont hold that against the machine because that game is absolutely gorgeous, and I doubt my Series X could hold out at absolute max PC settings.

> 3 dayThe packaging it arrived in looked solid and like it would protect the pc during delivery. The quick start guide included pictures which I found nice as I dislike reading instructions. They placed warnings on the PC to prevent the user from performing a stupid mistake while setting it up. I enjoyed that as without the warning I would have made the mistake. I havent used the computer for anything too strenuous yet but from what I can tell it runs much better than the space heater pretending to be a laptop I had used previously.

> 3 dayFor 1k this thing runs games extremely well. It hasnt run into any problems so far and has been extremely easy to set up. If you want a good computer without spending loads of money this is definitely the best bet. I run my main game, Destiny 2 at 100 to 150 fps on high settings fairly easily. The case has alot of room to upgrade as well and the wire management in the case is great. Definitely would reccommend to anyone for their first PC.

Greater than one weekIve had this computer for over a year, and my experience has been great. Great wire management out of the box, easily upgradable, and it has a great hardware configuration that maximizes potential of the overall build.
