> 3 dayMy GPU recently burnt out I’ve only had my PC for a few months not even a year yet. So I have made contact to IT with a lot of effort. It’s hard to talk to someone on the phone, hard to speak through the chat, and it takes days just to receive an email back. I finally got with someone and I was able to ship my GPU to them to try and receive a replacement. Due to packing the GPU suffered minor damaged, and the warranty doesn’t cover cosmetics. After asking if it could be fixed I was told no, and I would have to buy an entire new GPU for $600, after only having the PC for a short period of time. I am not too happy with the part all together inside the PC and I am terrified if something would burn out again just because the IT isn’t up to part, and the warranty is bad.

> 3 dayI read the reviews and saw the bad ones but thought “maybe they were unlucky, it should be fine.” It wasn’t. From start to finish, this computer was never usable. I received it and it was extremely slow to boot up, I couldn’t open any programs, let alone download ANYTHING. I contacted support the day we got it and they said they’d send a new SSD. Called back the next day to see if they’d shipped it, (they told us they’d do same day shipping + expedited) and they hadn’t even created a ticket! It took us calling / emailing every day for 4 days before they FINALLY created the ticket and the SSD didn’t get here until a week later! When it did get here, I didn’t have a chance to do anything. We put it in and the computer booted up, then suddenly in the middle of updates my monitors went black and the computer stopped registering on them. We tried several monitors and cables, nothing worked. I called tech who advised me to send the computer (that two and a half weeks later I still hadn’t been able to use at all) to them so they could take 6-8 weeks to diagnose it and then send it back. I returned it. I suggest anybody thinking of ordering from Skytech takes their low rated reviews seriously. This product is NOT worth the hassle or money when you could but one better for the same / less from ibuypower.

> 3 dayGreat pc for starters, it runs csgo at 300 fps with ease, paladins 100+fps depending on settings, h1z1 battle royale, 100+fps depending on settings, rocket league 100+fps depending on settings, so basically any game 100+fps depending on settings, if you were streaming which i dont see people mention you would get like 80-120 depending on settings and on how demanding the game is, this is probably the best deal youll get.

> 3 dayI’d actually give it a good grade so far for my streaming! But it’s only been 1 month of using it. So I’ll write another review in 6 months.

25-11-2024This Skytech Gaming computer is really good for the price. I get consistent FPS in Rocket League(250 FPS), CSGO(Above 250), Fortnite, Minecraft, GTA 5,etc. It barely overheats or has any cooling problems with the CPU or GPU. Rendering and editing in adobe programs works very well and fast.
