> 3 dayI got this for my toddler who loves to open our back doors. This took less than 2 minutes to put up and is so easy to use. Definitely gave us peace of mind knowing he can no longer get out.

> 3 dayThese 100% work!! ESPECIALLY if you have toddlers. My almost 3 year old tries to go outside by herself and although we have a fence she went outside by herself when we were sleeping and scared us so I immediately bought this.

> 3 dayThe first time I tried to install this, I followed the instructions exactly. Shortly after, the lock fell down in between my sliding doors and got stuck. My sliding door wouldnt close with how it was stuck, and I had to use a spatula from the kitchen to shimmy the lock out. I tried a second one and held it in place for triple the time suggested on the instructions, which has seemed to hold okay this time.

Greater than one weekThis is a must have if you have kids and sliding doors! I would recommend putting it all the way to the top. I didn’t do that on the first one I installed and then I could get it off to move it. They do prevent the door from opening and they have held up great.

> 3 dayMy 3-year-old figured out the locks on our sliding doors, so we needed something that would prevent her from opening the door but still make it easy for us to let the dogs out. This was the perfect solution and is very strong. Ive pulled the door open hard a couple of times on accident, and it hasnt budged!

Greater than one weekOur 3 year old likes to let himself outside. We had been using a wood stick in the sliding door track, but he figured that out. These go on easy and lock very quick. The only issue is that they are thick enough when closed to make it a little harder to open and shut the door when it rubs past these. I dont know that theres much a manufacturer could do to make that better, and its much better than losing a toddler. The adhesive seems pretty adequate. If someone really wanted to get into your house, this isnt going to stop them, but it is great for parents.

Greater than one weekWeve added these to our doors for summer that lead to our pool. We have a lock plus floor lock on it but it still makes me nervous. It adheres well. it was a bit crooked and was a pain to get off to put a new one on more straight. So it WILL stick to the glass surface and wont come off without REALLY trying hard. Im not sure how well it will work but we will try it.

> 3 dayWe got to that stage where my toddler wanted to live outside even at night. She figure out the door and the lock system and she was letting her self out and it just was not a safe situation. These were a great solution to our problem even if they are down it makes it a little harder for her to open but you will be fine opening when they’re down.
