I used this to replace an iDevices three-way switch which worked great but the two switches lost connectivity from each other from time to time as they use Bluetooth to sync (I think). This one works slightly better, hasnt had the lost-sync problem yet...and met my criteria of support for all three major voice assistants. Im a big fan of Meross products and this one is no exception. Outstanding quality for a very good price...and support when you need it!

Most of my house light switches are smart except for the stairs light switch which is controlled by two switches. When the Meross 3-way Smart Dimmer Switch with Apple Home Kit became available I decided to get it. The install process is advertised within 15 minutes, and it is a simple as re-connecting wires, but since Im not an expert in electrical work, it took me about an hour with going to the electrical box, going up and down stairs, etc. Its not that hard and the app has an instructional video which I highly recommend to use as stated in the paper instructions included. Im very pleased with Meross. A committed customer since my first purchase, Meross Smart Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener and continued customer with smart single pole light switches and smart plugs. The dimmable option lets you adjust the intensity of low to high via the app which work great with LED bulbs that are suggested to be dimmable also in order to avoid flickering. The Meross 3-way Switch works great with Google Assistant, Alexa, Samsung Smart Things and Apple Home Kit. I will continue to be a customer of Meross as long as they continue with good quality products, good customer service and creative ideas. Im hoping their next product in development is a 2 in 1 Smart Ceiling Fan Control And Dimmer Light Switch available from their competitor, because I dont want to go to another company just for that product. Thanks again Meross and heed my suggestion and hopefully theres a market for it.

Once installed it works like a charm! Needed some expert input to get the 3-way function working. Now when it is installed we love it!

Great dimmable smart switch! The installation is easy for anyone with basic home improvement skill. The mobile app is easy to use but is fairly limited in its features. The biggest gap with this dimmer is that there is no way to disable the led on its face plate, this makes them less than ideal for bedroom. I hope meross can add this to their next firmware update.

This product was something I waited for for a while. It was something most other companies has not had either. As usual Meross did not disappoint. You can dim from either location but is also compatible with all the major assistants out there. I use mine winth Google Home. The Meross ecosystem has a great line of products. Not only is setup in the Meross app super simple, once one product is added to Google Home the rest just automatically show up. Then you just add it to a room. You can not ask for better products. I have single pole and 3 way and single pole dimmer and now 3 way dimmer. I also have their garage door unit. I have had many of these for over a year so I can also say that so far they seem very reliable. I have had power outages and bad storms and they all have survived. You cant ask for a better product.

I wired one of these up to a pair of table lamps sharing an extension cord. I cut the plug end off the extension cord and wired a 3-prong power plug so it could be plugged into a wall outlet. Dont try this unless you have a grasp of electrical wiring. Works great with Google after installing the Mecross app. After plugging it in, it immediately wanted to connect to wifi which was done through the app. It connected in 15 seconds and has stayed connected ever since. Google Home takes over the Mecross app and now controls all on-off and dimming functions. I now have lamps I can control remotely. This is the way these devices should be done in the future....no hubs!

I was really excited to get these because of all of the great reviews. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with my purchase. I just installed one of these switches and immediately noticed that the minimum dim level is not nearly as dim as my lutron dimmer. I enjoy having very dim lights while watching TV at night so I can still see my surroundings, but also not blind me and glare on the TV. My picture shows the comparison of the Lutron dimmer (left) and the Meross dimmer (right) both set to their minimum levels. The lights are exactly the same so this is strictly the dimmer causing the difference. Excuse my mess, I am in the middle of a remodel. I will likely be returning these switches because the minimum dim level is very important to me. I still left 4 stars because everything else worked very well. Google integration was easy, installation was easy, and the Meross app was very easy to use.

Great reliable three way switch with dimmer solid HomeKit reliability I have several of the switches which never have gone into the red “no response” mode that I have had problems with other brands Comes with everything you need to install it and a new switch cover which I like snaps in place and no screws looks clean solid purchase will be buying more in the future Also they have great customer service was quick responses

I installed this switch in my bathroom in about 20 minutes. Note, it does require a neutral wire. Set up is very easy, and the switch does exactly what its supposed to do. One of my recommendations is that the firmware be updated so that when the light switch is off, pushing any of the 3 buttons would turn it on. Right now, the switch only turns on if the bottom button is pressed. For guests that might be fumbling around in the dark for a light switch, they may have some trouble turning this on if they are used to the rocker style switch. My other recommendation is that one of the LED light be illuminated when the switch is of, to aid in finding it in a dark room. My z-wave switches have this option and it can be enabled or disabled. Overall, if youre looking for a single pole smart dimming wifi switch with Alexa and Google control, you cant really go wrong with this item for under $25.

I have ten switches from Meross and three of them are dimmers. These are very easy to install, like any switch, provided you have the neutral wire and 2.4 ghz WiFi network. Amazon echo devices work very with Meross products as does the Alexa app. I use the Meross app more often than Alexa app unless I’m setting up routines. Meross continues to advance in function and design. The neutral wire is the wire that carries the circuit load back to the breaker and will only be available if your intended circuit was wired to the switch first. Older houses are more often wired top down, where the electricity goes to the fixture first. You can have neutral wires installed as I did.
