Greater than one weekWeve got six cats and the litterboxes to prove it. This scoop is sturdy and gets the job done. No complaints.

19-11-2024I guess I’ve been on the cheap or didn’t know about steel ones but I’ve been using plastic litter box cleaners. This is a game changer this thing is awesome and has changed my hate for cleaning the litter. I still hate it but, this makes it so much better definitely invest and it’s not a big investment do not use the plastic ones this thing is off

> 3 dayWe have 4 cats and have been through a number of scoops. This one actually seems to work with the aluminum non-stick feature. My previous scoops have caught a thick layer of gross litter after a week of use and require frequent cleaning, but Ive used this for 2+ weeks and it has maintained its shiny aluminum exterior, with the exception of the bottom part that is caked with some stuff because it comes into contact with cat pee/poo all the time. Its not any bigger than the scoops Ive had before and the actual scoop part may even be smaller than my previous one from Chewy, but I would sacrifice size for function for sure.

> 3 dayOk. When I got the poop scooper I was floored. It is big. However, it works and will continue to do so for years to come. The handle is perfect. I have arthritis in my hands and I can heft the biggest pee ball my cat has to offer. The litter actually strains out of the scoop and is clean....I mean no little bits of waste at all. This is going to save me bucks just on litter alone. The angled openings actually work. I have had cats all my life and I have never gone for a plastic scoop. It is light weight metal, and bar none, the best scooper I have had. The only downside which is also the upside is size. Who cares! It saves a ton of time not having to dig looking for the poos and puddles. Get one.

> 3 dayI was scooping litter for a neighbors cat which bent my old metal scooper. I received my new Snugens litter scooper and when using it for the first time was amazed by how sturdy it was. It was slightly larger in size than my previous scooper but worked so much better with less effort! I love it!!

> 3 dayGreat all round, although could be improved by reducing the slot size so less smaller waste flows through instead of being captured and removed... Too much sifting through causes more constant odors and requires more frequent complete litter changes...!!! Too large filter leaves more smelly contaminants in box immediately after you clean box to remove the soiled smelly urine soaked litter.. bad design parameters... neither an ergonomic engineer nor practical engineer nor cat owner...! Handle, overall sturdiness excellent. Weight & balance Is really nice. Rubber handle sleeve makes it comfortable to handle. nice. Scoop does not bend, crack nor break when attempting to get at or pry moist/hardened litter from bottom walls/corners etc. Most “limiting” aspect/opinion is that the scoop’s filter “slots” are about 1/4 - 1/3 too large allowing too much soiled litter left in box when explicit purpose is to remove soiled litter, thus removing the source of odor, germs, filth which cats then track through your home... counters, chairs, beds, couches, pillows... get the concern...?! Soiled litter contaminates & reduces both efficacy and time between total litter charges... raising cost of cat ownership.. drives satisfaction and happiness down.. In truth the scoop scape could be optimized better to accommodate better access/removal of soiled clumped litter from corners... it’s better than some but not as good as others. Our box has “rounded” corners, not quarry 90 degree corners... Often when in corner as you bring scoop up the soiled litter / solids will roll/slide to edge against the wall then fall off because the scoop basket is curved too much creating a space which allows the solid to fall through... it could be engineered to be more effective... (I’m an engineer - design & functional).

> 3 daySturdy, heavy, and mine is crooked, not ergonomic just straight up crooked. It works and that’s what matters. I had a plastic scooper for six plus years. I tossed my plastic one today, hope this lasts six plus years. It definitely scoops up a whole lot more. I use Tidy Cat or Arm & Hammer, this scooped TC right up nicely. I have a big Maine Coon who can pee like an elephant, this got up a big clump in one scoop.
