> 3 dayOur vet recommended we just buy a cheap plastic dollar store scooper, as she said there wasnt much difference. For years we didnt think much about it (it scooped poop, did its job) until we decided to try this nicer metal one. WOW what a difference! It feels sturdy and it has a large sifting area, so you can clean the box more efficiently. You can more easily scrape the bottom of the box where the pee inevitably hardens. It doesnt buckle under the weight of large clumps. Are you still panning for cat poop? Yes. Does this make it easier and more efficient to do so? Absolutely Will never be going back to the cheapo dollar store version - this is well worth the extra bucks!

> 3 dayThis is definitely worth the money. I have been using plastic scoops and keep breaking them one after another. This will no longer be a problem. This scoop is huge and very sturdy. I cant believe the size of it and how well its constructed. I almost bought a metal one in a store for more than this one cost and I am glad I didnt because this is so well made it will last forever!

> 3 dayI should have gotten this one in the first place!! Never again will I buy the cheap plastic cant clean always breaking scoops...… The metal one holds up to even the heaviest of waste!! Easy to rinse off and even easier to wash, does not hold the smell of the litter or the waste of the cat!! NO more plastic smelly scoops!! YAY!! Last scoop I will ever buy.. well for myself, I might buy some for my cat owner friends and get some and donate to the local shelters that have a lot of boxes to clean!! :)

> 3 dayIf you use certain brands of clay cat litter they will sometimes stick to the sides- and I have broken or bent several scoops in the past in this manner. It was time to replace some trust metal scoopers- due to this bending over time and Im thrilled with this purchase. These mama-jamas are sturdy as all heck and tackle any clump my cat can make- shes a prolific urinator- so makes plenty of sticky messes to clean daily. The holes are a little large- so if you have any little bits that break off they can fall through- I just use the edge lip to carefully pick them and dispose. I will continue to purchase this scooper- if it ever has need to be replaced. I can see it lasting a really long time- as it feels really durable.

> 3 dayOk. When I got the poop scooper I was floored. It is big. However, it works and will continue to do so for years to come. The handle is perfect. I have arthritis in my hands and I can heft the biggest pee ball my cat has to offer. The litter actually strains out of the scoop and is clean....I mean no little bits of waste at all. This is going to save me bucks just on litter alone. The angled openings actually work. I have had cats all my life and I have never gone for a plastic scoop. It is light weight metal, and bar none, the best scooper I have had. The only downside which is also the upside is size. Who cares! It saves a ton of time not having to dig looking for the poos and puddles. Get one.

20-11-2024If you are used to using the cheaper plastic scoops you may wonder why you need a metal scoop. It is easier to use overall. You can exert more pressure to be sure youre sifting through all of the litter. It wont snap off mid scoop like the plastic ones. Far better overall
