If you want a sturdy litter scoop that will get you through the task more easily and quicker, THIS is the one! Purchased this scoop to replace a flimsy plastic scoop. I only have one cat, but the plastic scoop would bend and not get all the clumps from the bottom of the litter box. THIS scoop, however, is a BEAST! Its bigger, deeper, and does a great job of getting ALL clumps without backing down. The slots in the scoop also seem to do a better job catching all the debris that is sifting through. The handle is comfortable as well. DEFINITELY recommend.

Holds a lot. A big chunk of scoopable pee. The slanted slots don’t let most of the little pieces fall back into the litter box. The Aluminum won’t break like the typical plastic scooper and is easy to hold.

This thing is great!!!! Sooo much better than cheap plastic rubbish. Our clumping cat littler would stick to the box sometimes and it was a pain to scoop with the plastic, it was always bending and weak but this thing is a BEAST! Also, pro tip: if you put a doggie bag over the pooper scooper you can easily remove the dirty litter (nothing goes through the bag) when you are scooping and changing your cats litter, so this thing comes in handy BIG TIME for that as well!!!! Very happy with this product!

A cat littler scoop is a mundane item. There is not much to say, except if it works or not. That being said, I love this scoop! This one does and it seems to work well. It is made of solid metal, which means it is not going to break easily. The handle is flexible, not rigid and prone to snapping under a heavy load. The hole pattern holds the clumps of litter well. We use Arm & Hammer Slide litter, which produces some rather heavy balls from liquid material. This scoop holds them well. Sometimes part of a ball sticks to the scoop but it washes away easily.

My only problem is this is a bit cumbersome when working the angles in the box. It is heavy because its made well but that some what challenges the sifting. The perk is this may not break down like the plastic ones. A win for those wishing to go away from the plastic types

Very happy with this sifter! It is very study, but not too heavy or unwieldy. The handle is very comfortable! One of our kitties litter boxes has an awkward angle for clearing, and the previous sifter we used (coated metal, long handled) was not a solid handle (by design; was curved metal, open at the back of the handle). The unclosed design was causing a painful sore near knuckle of my middle finger, though there wasnt corrosion etc. on the handle... This sifter has a complete handle by design, with a sort of cushion. Happy to say the blister has disappeared and my hand experiences pain-free sifting! :) The metal scoop is well vented, but not too much, so wee bits are collected at first attempt. Thus far, nothing has stuck to the metal scoop, and THAT amazes me. 30 years of cat moming, and this is the best sifter Ive used! Price is great. Looked at major pet store, and this type wasnt even offered... what they carried was more expensive + lesser quality, or the pretty useless plastic type. This one is The One! :)

I’m not certain how much more quality one can find in a cat litter scoop. I’m really impressed with it and by my age, I’ve seen & used a hell of a lot of cat litter scoops. It’s large, durable metal & designed to do what it does…scoop feces & pee. When I die, they’ll be fighting over who gets the Guggci of litter scoop. LOL

I got this because the old plastic one snapped in half, and I was looking for something a little sturdier. This is definitely that, but it is a little awkward to maneuver in a regular sized litter box because its a lot bigger than I expected it to be. At least I dont have to worry about this one breaking!

I love the fact that it easily goes under the pee clump and snugs up to the side of the litter box so (almost ) everything is removed in one go. My only wish for this product is that the holes in the scooper would be just a little smaller. Sometimes there are very small clumps of pee that break away and they are so small they just sift right through. My previous scooper (plastic and it broke) didn’t do this and I do miss this aspect of it.

My cat loves to pee on the sides of his litter box, which always makes the litter clumps stick to the side. With my old scoop, I was always afraid it would crack as I tried to get them off, and it finally did. With this scoop, those are no longer a problem, because the metal edge perfectly scrapes the sides. It also has wider slots than my last scoop so the litter flows through it easily as I sift out the clumps. It’s a bit heavier than my other one, but looks like it could quite possibly last forever. It’s just what I needed!
