> 3 dayFor those worried about either getting this or the previous model. This xm5 is worth it, the only thing is the design which depending on the person can look a little weird but the functions are top tier and the battery lasts so long

> 3 dayThese headphones were faulty when I got them. They wouldn’t stay connected to any device and randomly disconnected. I returned it and ordered a new pair but it took me a lil over two weeks to get a refund. I had to hunt drop it off at a specific Amazon locker and then contact customer sales after two weeks of not receiving updates. Luckily, they refunded me right away once they confirmed they got it. So here’s my revised review of the product. The Bluetooth connection does need to be set EACH time I use it with any apple products. Mildly annoying bc I’d love for it to connect automatically but I have it paired with three nearby devices so this is acceptable to me. The new pair sometimes disconnects randomly but not much and a quick button click gets it back on. With zoom it’s even more weird but I think that’s more to do with zooms interface than these headphones so I’m not faulting them here. Otherwise the sound quality is nice AF! And the cushions are ultra plush. I love it! I’ll update again if more things pop up but so far so good.

> 3 dayGreat headphones overall they were very light but im my honest opinion I like better the AirPods Max because they sound more loud and the spacial audio and I feel the the max are more crisp in sound than the xm5. very sand that I have to return it because I really was looking forward to keep it

> 3 dayI like them a lot. The only one problem that they have - poor quality of zip on the case. Could be damaged easily just after couple of times.

> 3 dayThese are wonderful. They are much better than my Bose 35’s. Recently upgraded and noticed the Bose hadn’t updated they’re product in a while and bought these. No comparison. Sony XM5 wins!

> 3 dayI love everything about these headphones. I literally where them all day. They are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The battery life is great and the adaptability of the NC feature to ambient is amazing. They are so smart I hardly need the app. Which is good because I don’t really like the app for them that much.

> 3 dayIm coming from the Sony H900N so keep that in mind. Immediately noticeable: 1) How lightweight they are compared to my last pair. Night/day difference. These headphones are an upgraded and new form of my old headphones. The actual headphones poke out a little more but weigh much less than my old pair. 2) Design - flawless. I use these for studying, workflow, and eventually working out although I have not done that yet. Very nice to look at, and comfortable to wear. 3) Function - It has all the functions I loved with my old headphones with more sensitive and touch-friendly material on the headphones which acts as a remote (forward, backward volume up /down/ pause/play, etc. ) 4) I have seen a lot of people complain about it not folding down but I have zero complaints. Its not a big deal. In fact, even though my old headphones folded down they were exposed in my bag. If I put my old headphones in its case I feel they were much bulkier than this carrying case. The new case is of quality, light material and has a loop to carry it with. I just stick the whole thing in my bag and feel better about it having the extra protection. 5) Im very happy with my buy. I only upgraded because my old sony left headphones started to give out after 4-5 years of heavy lifting and use. That itself speaks to the quality of SONY.
