The battery was dead on arrival -- not able to be charged. Theyre beautiful headphones and I was very eager to try them, but I had to send them back. Very disappointing.

My music never sounded so good. Better sound quality than Bose. The ability to customize the noise cancelling to the current environment is also a major plus, but it does make this system a bit more complicated to use.

I bought these headphones originally from Best buy at full retail price. I was needing an NOC headphone for a flight i was going on, and decided to check Jims Review Room on Youtube for the Top NOC Headphones. Of Course the Bose QC 35 II and the Sonys 1000 Xm3 were the top 2. Sony just slightly beating the reigning champ, Bose. Ive used the QC 35 II before and i love them (it was a friends). I am waiting for Bose to make their next generation NOC Headphones. But for now the Sonys will do. I like how its USB-C which makes it easier just to carry one cable while traveling as all my other devices are USB-C. The best part was i returned the original ones i bought for the trip and got these on Amazon for $80 less!

Great headphones.

I was excited to get it but when I received it I was not happy. The product did not turn on. I charged it and even did a soft/hard reset but it did not turn on.

Bulls*** I have the Chinese version of my headphones not the international version. This is a scam.

If you are using regular headphone than this is quite bulky on your head and noise cancellation is also not accurate you can still hear voices clearly.

I love these headphones or I should say loved. The sound quality is amazing and it has a lot of amazing features. However I’ve only had them for just under a month and now whenever I turn on the sound cancelling, the right speaker crackles... I’m going to try and contact amazon or the insurance policy I got on it but it’s pretty annoying because i understand these are refurbished, it was still a lot of money.
