> 3 dayYou need nuts and bolts to be able to attach your rack equipment. They only provide six of them and offer you to buy more for a price higher than the rack itself. This rack should have come with threaded holes and a thicker metal sheet. In one occasion the track bended when screwing in one of the bolts. Didnt like it at all.

> 3 dayGreat wall mounted rack that is reasonably priced. I removed the top bar since I am using the top U for a shelf and the bar got in the way. I removed one star because StarTech only ships it with enough cage nuts to use 3 of the 6 Us.

Greater than one weekThis rack is the best for the money. I just needed a small rack and didnt want to pay a fortune for a simple piece of shaped metal. This one works well comes with all the screws you need to mount your gear. I think others have mentioned that the unit is often bent when it arrives. This was true for me as well. One side of the frame was bent in but really wasnt a big issue. I just used a rubber mallet to hammer the top support and side. It bent right back into place without a problem.

> 3 dayI was pleasantly surprised by this rack. Frankly I expected something more flimsy based on a couple other reviews, but its actually nicely made and quite sturdy especially when you put in a few components. I have not mounted it on the wall just yet - but I expect that to go easily. Pros: - Sturdy - Powder coat finish - even. No sharp edges. Cons: - Only comes with (12) M6 screws/nuts which basically gives you 3 components you can mount in this rack. I would have at least put 20 or 24 because you are likely to fill it up completely and not a large cost over all (perhaps a few pennies?). Plan to get a few more screw/nuts if you have more than 3 items going in this rack. There are a few options on amazon (unfortunately most come in a 25 or 50 pack ... and are silver not black ... at least that I could find). I bought this for managing the nerve center on my new house still under construction ... so it will house my modem, router, a switch, NAS, power strip, patch panel and with a bit of room for a 1U NAS/Server down the road - tbd. Will update after the install but expect this to be a winner.

> 3 dayI have been in the field of IT for quiet some time now and this is something I nerd out in. I decided to get the 8U instead of the 6U as I saw in the previous comments, and thankfully I did. I went with the bigger one for air flow purposes and I have plenty of room. The device is super sturdy and secure when you mount it to the wall. I would recommend this type over other competitors due to the thickness of the steal that was used to create this rack, seems more reliable than others. Highly recommended for a home/small office network closet.

> 3 dayAlways buy one size bigger than what you think you need. Bought a 4u now I need a 6u :/ Great for the price.
