Greater than one weekGreat value for a well made product. The only improvement that would make the mail box better, would be to make the rear panel a little wider to completely cover the rear opening.

Greater than one weekGood product, good price and once you get the 4x4 post in the ground, easy to assemble and install. This mailbox is dark green and hard to see at night...I put reflectors on mine and if youre on a dark road, I suggest anyone that buys the mailbox do the same

> 3 dayGood boxes with complete hardware sturdy enough to withstand careless snowplow drivers a couple years. Door magnets hold better than same model in previous years. Ordered 2 but they are slightly different shade of green, barely noticeable.

> 3 dayI was surprised how easy it was to install. One four foot long 4x4 two feet into the ground and then six screws and two more screws for a cosmetic plate on the back. Rather than hammer the two big screws as directed I suggest drill a pilot hole then drive them in with a 1/2 inch or 13mm (if my memory serves me) socket on the end of a drill.

Greater than one weekThis would have been a 5 star item if it came with a post made of the same material. To make it solid and durable I used 2 gilbralter anchor post bought through Amazon and concreted them. I also reversed the bottom portion then placed the mailbox on top. I did this because when I placed it as pictured it looked like it was pitching forward too much. The reversed position gives it a different look but one that is not odd but oddly enough an attractive one. Overall I am pleased with my purchase as the mailbox is large, well constructed and attractive.

> 3 dayThis review is written for people who have mailboxes on a state road with winter plows constantly knocking them down. This is the only mailbox that’s practical. I’ve learned not to nail the top piece into the post so when the plow drives into it as they always do the toppiece usually flies off but I can later pick up the pieces and reasseble. The doors, back paper flap all come apart but don’t break. This mailbox is my fourth replacement and my only disappointment is that the post is open so it has to be nailed. My former Step2 mailboxes were a complete sleeve that just slid over the post. And, the companies installation picture shows two people attaching the pieces—that’s correct. It’s a bit more difficult to put togethers solo. But in the end, it’s a great mailbox —that the state snowplowers keep the company in business.

> 3 dayEasy to install IF you already have a post dug. It is a very roomy mailbox. Seems very weatherproof.
