Stiletto Pocket Light

> 3 daySuper bright light in a very compact package. Programable to have full or low illumination on first setting. Easy to program. Caution if you carry the light in your pocket and if something pushes on the switch it can turn on. You will know this when you feel like something is burning in your pocket. I gave it a four because of the switch other than that great light.

Greater than one weekI love this little lamp 3 different levels of brightness , lightweight , and its rechargeable . I took it on a recent trip to Africa and used it every night for something . I leave it by my bedside and its great if I need to get up in the night without waking my wife or running into anything . Use it also to walk the dogs at night . You can easily hold it in your mouth if needed . It seems that the charge life is a little short [ particularly if using high beam ] but itis much cheaper than replacing those expensive batteries used in other Surefire lamps I charge it about every other day .

> 3 dayPrior to this I used to carry a Sidekick. This is an upgrade in useful ways: better form factor for hand holding, has a fuel gauge, brighter, has a cover for the charge port. Beam forming is different - the Sidekick has a warmer hot spot with nice spill; this one provides a larger, more evenly lit, cooler beam. Unlike the SK, this one does _not_ have a lanyard attachment point. It is also noticeably bigger. Both are excellent lights in their respective use cases.

IMHO
22-04-2025The SureFire Stiletto is probably the best every day carry flashlight available.

Greater than one week1 button on the back for quick intermittent access to max output make this an awesome self defense light. 1 button on the body allowing low/med/high constant on activation makes this an awesome daily task light. The additional button for checking battery status and the LED that shows green for full, yellow for medium, or red for low battery mean I dont have to worry about it going read when I dont expect it. The plastic flat body means that it doesnt bulge out my pocket or scratch my phone that also lives in the same pocket. Good pocket clip that can slip on a hat bill. Micro USB charging. Im kind of a flashlight addict, and this is by far the best EDC light in the world for me, and for 99% of others as well. The only thing that some may not like is the wide beam. Its very flood, not spot.
