> 3 dayI’ve owned lots of everyday carry flashlights over the last 30 years. Most were adequate but went through batteries quickly enough that I couldn’t count on them. This light is rechargeable and I’ve seen it hold a charge for 3 weeks with moderate daily use. It’s slim and fits nicely in my pocket. The three brightness settings are perfect for all uses. The end cap button makes quick use a breeze. I couldn’t recommend it more.

23-11-2024This flashlight is one that you wont make a mistake purchasing. It is very versatile and perfect for everyday carry. I will list out the pos and negs of this light. Pro: - Slim/flat design makes it very comfortable to carry in your pocket - Light weight adds to comfort - Comfortable in hand while operating - Extremely sturdy clip that can also be used as a baseball cap clip for hands free use - Really powerful and bright high beam - Multiple intensity options x 3 (high, medium, and low) with programming - Two different selector switches (tailcap and one one the face of the light) - RECHARGABLE!!! - Surefire warranty Cons: - Not the best for range (will elaborate in summary) - Can turn on accidentally in pocket and cause burns to body or material if gone unnoticed - Aesthetically displeasing - Rechargeable only so you cant add batteries - Cannot be mounted (successfully/efficiently) to a firearm Summary: This flashlight is perfect for anyone looking to add to their EDC loadout. It fully satisfies the needs of a preparedness life style. You can use it in a multitude of environments and situations from LEO/Military to outdoor enthusiasm like dungeoneering, vampire hunting, fairy catching, etc. The fact that its rechargeable means you save on money, but if you dont have access to power bank or a previously captured fairy from before, its a paper weight because you cant replace the battery either (not good for zombocalypse). Its lightweight and sleek design makes it fit comfortably in your pocket while not in use, but is also easy to handle in hand. *This cannot be mounted to a firearm in a sensible and efficient manner* I needed to state this because some people think they need to be able to mount their pocket light onto their firearms thus making the light more ergonomic. Rather, your firearm should have its own WML designated specifically for firearm use already installed separate from your pocket light. Speaking about pockets, be careful while its in the pocket as it can be turned on accidentally and without notice this little light saber will burn a hole in your pocket or cause burns to your thigh, but with vigilance, or plasma rated pants, this can be avoided. The biggest issue I had with this light is the fact that it doesnt have much penetration. Its very bright and has a very large field of vision which is excellent for very close and encased environments, but in the wilderness or even suburbs the beam doesnt extend much further than roughly 50ft. That can be a problem if its the only light you have on you and you need to see at further distances or through the thick of trees, ghouls, brush, etc. Considering its effectiveness indoors, clearing rooms, conduction searches, or just flat out flashing a light on your baby just to make sure that she isnt blue in a car or at home will serve you well with the option to use the less vibrant Kiss You Softly with LED setting (low), He Does it Cause He Loves Me setting (medium), or the Melt Your Face Off, or MYFO setting (higher than Willie). If your making a traffic stop and need a minimal brightness to read licenses or registrations without blinding grandma you have the option to use Kiss You Softly (low) and can easily (if programmed correctly) be switched to MYFO beam that serves very well with disorienting people up close for when she decides to pull out her S&W Python because she didnt know you were a real cop. In summation, this is a practical light for everyday use and you get your moneys worth.

> 3 dayGreat design! The user interface is very well done and stays true to a tactical light setup. The rear switch always overrides the other side button function, so you’re not cycling through modes under stress. It’s lightweight and easy to carry!

Greater than one weekBe careful inserting and removing the charging cable. The power source connection is very delicate and over time, will fail. The first flashlight- I was a little aggressive and pulled out the charging cable like you would a cell phone. Within three weeks of owning it, it stopped charging. I made the call to SureFire and gave them my story. They gave me a ton of hassle buying it from Amazon and basically told me all lights being produced were being distributed to retail centers, not filling warranty claims. After 45 days, they finally sent the replacement after multiple emails and calls. Very frustrating. Second light- After one year of occasional use, it finally stopped charging. I was mindful of plugging/unplugging the charging port.

> 3 dayWorks great. Very durable. Bright light. A bit on the pricy side. Would probably be better priced at $75......

> 3 dayThe size is just right - fits easily in my pocket, and fits nicely in my hand. The pocket clip works really well, and it can be used to clip onto the brim of a hat. The buttons are intuitively placed. The tailcap button is a bit hard to press, however since I dont use that button - its not a problem for me. The main thumb-operated button goes from low to medium to high. This order can be changed if you want it to come on high then go to medium and then low. The low setting of 5 lumens is plenty bright enough for most indoor and close up outdoor operations. The medium setting is bright enough for most outdoor operations. The high setting could probably temporarily blind/disorient an attacker. The strobe setting would also be very useful for disorienting an attacker, however since you have to push the tail cap button three times then hold to use it and the button is quite hard to push - this might not be an easy feature for practical operation. Since I did not purchase the light for this reason it is not a consideration for me. Its my favorite everyday carry light, and rechargeable means no batteries to replace!

> 3 dayI bought this for my wife and she loves it. The only problem is she keeps finding it has been turned on when she places in her purse. The button gets hit be the other items and ends up on. Other then that it is a very strong well made compact flash light.

> 3 dayI liked this light very much. it was my go even though I have quite a few brighter Fenix lights. I accidently left it outside on the table on the porch and it rained overnight. It never worked again....... :-(

> 3 dayTheres nothing bad to be said about this light unless youre super nitpicky. A rechargeable high-powered flashlight that fits just about anywhere is perfect for many applications. Especially camping, late night motorcycle rides, hiking, etc. I wouldnt recommend for law enforcement or military purposes as a self defense tool. The shape and button placement combination is unintuitive for muscle memory use. (Im retired military but it is still just an opinion) Great tool bag light too.
