This is a staple of the comic industry. I use this for pencils and inks. It accepts markers or brushes well, without bleeding into white areas.

Very thick and durable drawing paper. I used graphite and charcoal. Great if you have a heavy hand.. Also stains well if you are interested in teas staining. Burns nicely if you are looking to change the edges or shape of the paper for a project. I reordered this because I really enjoy drawing on this pad. I wish there were more sheets.

Artist Lee Hammond recommends smooth Bristol for most of her projects, and I bought this pad, thinking that it was heavy weight paper, but its actually a smooth cardboard, not too thin, but flexible. I havent drawn anything on it yet, and prefer to do my practice drawing on HP multi-purpose paper or the type that is designed for color printing. If I end up with something worth keeping, Ill redo it on this better quality Strathmore Bristol 300 Series because theres no sense in wasting good stuff.

Es mejor de lo que esperaba. BUENISIMO. Super recomendable para el uso de Prismacolor o algun otro medio de lapiz de color. El pigmento del color se resbala como mantequilla y te permite aplicar muchas capas.

Muy buen producto

Its probably a manufacturing defect and not the sellers fault, but I order a pad and the entire pad was misshapen. The top was 11 and the bottom was about 10 1/2. Since I need it for layouts, its imperative that the measurements are exact. Worthless. Returning it and going with Bienfang.
