I really like the Strathmore brand. I normally use Canson, but Strathmore is really great for longevity in Bristol board. I recommend.

I would give this zero stars but Amazon hasnt allowed for that yet, get on the ball amazon. This paper is cut wrong hence the pricing. See images. It is a slight difference but when you are working with precise measurements you need a precisely cut piece of Bristol. This is not it. Look elsewhere folks.

I like the size and the thickness of the paper, it does good with pencil and color pencil, I use a lot of ink and it doesnt bleed as bad as some papers.

Its thick enough to use for most types of paint, pens, pencils, pastels, or any medium you have. This paper is also really good for making small models for buildings, sets, or houses. The thickness makes it easier to score than cardstock so you dont end up cutting all the way through. I would recommend ironing your pieces after finishing because the water in my paints caused the paper to curl a bit, but other than that I have no complaints.
