Very smooth. Too much tooth to get any detail on the others or work with oil pastels. This is the only one I saw. Arrived fast.

As a starving artist I always try to find cheaper alternatives to whatever supplies I need, and this is as cheap as I can find for my larger size pieces. Ive found premium quality acid free cardstock is a great alternative, but not every one of my pieces can be 8.5x11 or 12x12.
