I am working with India Ink and this Strathmore pad is the perfect weight and texture (smooth).

I bought this having been very disappointed with other papers for coloured pencils. It does the job!

This paper is nice, works well with graphite and wax colored pencils. I did overworked it a little bit since I was burnishing a bit too much, therefore the paper became shiny, but that was my fault. Great quality as well.

Ive used this brand for decades. It never disappoints. My work is mainly pen & ink and the paper is so smooth and durable, I love it. The paper is bright white, so the ink work shows up beautifully. Ive also added color with Prismacolor colored pencils or Kuretake Zig watercolor markers, with no problems (I just dont go crazy with the watercolor). If you want a smooth, crisp drawing, this is the paper to get.

Great product very good quality, i love it! Strathmore makes very good products for artists and this one especially, is my very favorite.
