This lantern is not terribly big, but puts out a nice bright light and seems to be extremely well made.

I love this flashlight. Its really built solid and provides good light for me when I work in some dark area.

I love these, I bought two of them a few years ago, one pink and one yellow and they are still going strong.

Used it on our recent horse camping trip to read at night on the low setting. A great investment and very well made.

Bought for scout outings to take the place of propane lanterns, and to have at home in case of storms. Very versatile, in that you can take the lens off, and hang upside down over you kitchen. I have taken this on two weekend trips and still on the same batteries!

This is great. My dad was looking at the Tac Lantern Tactical LED - As Seen On TV but you can only order thru the TV website, and after carefully reading the reviews the Tac Lantern didnt sound so great. So I found this latern on a camping website and after looking at different online reviews couldnt pass it up. Its almost perfect. only because, After opening we couldnt find the directions and had trouble figuring out how the bottom opened. Finally, after getting the latern open we found the directions. Would help if directions werent inside of product. Otherwise the latern is great. Light weight . 3 different settings. Exactly what my dad was looking for. Great Christmas gift. Would definately order again.

Great light for emergency or just camping or the dark basement. The 3 D cells last a long time, Ive had 2 overnight power outages and this lantern has served me very well. Would buy again.

I cannot say enough good about this lantern. It is BRIGHT! More than enough light to fill our large Starcraft tent trailer (with slide out). Battery life is excellent. And it is built TOUGH. I would not worry about dropping this unless it was off a cliff. I love the handle a lot more than I thought I would. It makes carrying and hanging a breeze, and it folds conveniently away when not in use. It is a bit heavy, but that is mainly because of the three C batteries, and because it is so compact and solidly built. Great for camping, basement, attic, or outbuilding. Great for emergency preparedness. Great for a reading light. Just great.
