> 3 dayWow, wow, wow. The quality of this light combined with its features and long battery life make it an absolute essential for anything and everything outdoors. And while it sits in the house it stays in the linen closet for an easy one-click light that completely illuminates the entire closet. Ive trusted Streamlight with my life before with their firearm mounted lights and now I trust them at the campsite or in the boat or even in the house. Just purchase this, no questions. Youll be overjoyed I promise.

> 3 dayAt age 89, I needed to retire my faithful camping light. Coleman NightSight twin tube fluorescent,, at least 20 years of service. Tent camping is a past joy. Now I need dependable light in the event of a power failure. The Siege is perfect for me. It is durably constructed, quality materials. Good grips for all needs including battery changes. It lights up a large room, no fumbling or need to carry. Options to hang upright or upside down. Small enough to keep bedside. I have not had it long enough to verify battery use, but with options to conserve, not much of a concern. I feel other owners with different needs will find it most satisfactory as well.

> 3 dayThis thing is so bright. It would be nice if there was a dimmer setting, but it serves its purpose perfectly.

> 3 dayLittle heavy due to batteries. They need a lithium ion rechargeable version. Otherwise a good light. Works great to hang in a tree for whole camp lighting.

> 3 dayBought the 340 lumen lantern, absolutely love it. I have brand loyalty to Steamlight as Ive always loved their flashlights even though they are expensive. This lantern cycles through bright, medium, low, red, and flashing red. Its plenty of settings for camping and emergency signal. Mine takes 3 D batteries, easy to load. Recessed power button keeps from accidentally turning on. Bulb cover comes off for a wide spread light. Lantern can hang upside down too, hooks on top and bottom. Hooks are well designed for convenience but Ill have carabiner clips available as well. Its very compact but bright. I havent tested the battery life but I get the impression that most camping lanterns are similar. Id highly recommend this to a friend, cant wait to use it for camping.
