Sulky - 486-12 9-Yard Solvy Water Soluble stabilizer, 12 x 9.5 yd, White

Havent actually used this yet, but have used Sulky Solvy water soluble stabilizer before, this was just a good way to purchase it. It usually comes in a piece that is 21 1/2 inches by 36 inches for about $8 and thats expensive. So this was a much better deal. I do machine embroidery and use this on sweatshirts and towels, have used it on free standing lace, you just need to follow the instructions of your design to get the best results, but this product is great. Just be sure to cut the excess off before putting it into the water as it becomes gummy.

I use it for embroidery and it works great it washes away. Perfect for my use.

Just what I needed

This helps my embroidery designs remain stable. Its a little thinner than the other weight water soluble stabilizer from Solvy, but it still works good.

This worked but not as well as I would have wished. The adhesion is not as sturdy as what I actually needed but with a little contrivance I was able to make it work.

I have used this in the past for a stabilizer. But for me , now I use it for transferring hand embroidery designs that I create on the computer. it prints easy . and dissolves easy. and it holds up well in the embroidery process .

Good quality lightweight product to used when embroidering on anything with a texture. It allows the design to sew smoothly without interference of naps or pile.

I wanted to us it for embroidery lace but it does not work. You need Vilene.
