> 3 dayIts very sturdy, installed quite easily and solved the problem of the too-narrow doorway (For a wheelchair/walker). It obviously hasnt withstood the time test, so maybe a year from now, I can up my rating to 5 stars.

> 3 dayWe were on the verge of having a contractor widen our bathroom doorways to accommodate my husband’s wheelchair, when an internet search led me to offset hinges.

Greater than one weekThe hinges were a snap to install and now my motorized chair goes through without a problem! I keep going through just because I can! No bumps, no scrapes, no scratches!

Greater than one weekThese work great. I got a full 2-1/4” widening of the door opening for my wife’s bathroom. She is confined to a wheelchair with a custom armrest for her paralysed left arm. I was damaging both the armrest and the door getting her wheelchair through the door after a tight 90 degree turn out of the hall. I have been looking for ways to gain at least 3/4 inch without major remodeling. INSTALLATION NOTE: Put the new offset hinges on the door first; it is too tight to get a screwdriver to put the screws into the door with the hinge already mounted into the jamb (risk of stripping screws).

> 3 dayThere were no instructions so you just have to figure it out. Hinge is very heavy and much more than needed for the average door. However, it does perform as indicated.
