> 24 hourI could not set both on and off times. I would enter an on time and then go try to set an off time and it would change the on time to match the off time. Apparently you can only use it as an or an off switch but not both. Only one would connect to the WiFi out of the box.

> 24 hourCompany reached out to me and asked if I would consider trying to use it again after they had updated their software. Now I wouldnt know if it works or not, because they ask for more personal information than is necessary for monitoring my refrigerator. I will count this up for a loss and put it in the trash. Original review below. Bought Bluetooth model because I didnt want to use wi-fi. You cannot set it up without Wi-Fi. So I go through the hassle of setting up a Wi-Fi. It will not accept the password. My computer and phone have no issue with the wifi, but device would not accept it. Reconfigured the Wi-Fi to open network. If I still wont configure, still stating password error. After much back and forth with tech support, Im here to say I wouldnt recommend purchasing this.

> 24 hourThis product was pretty easy to setup and install. I havent had issues with it disconnecting either. I had heard good things about switchbot and decided to give them a try but wow I really did not like the app. I have many other smart switches that use the Smart life app or the Tuya app that I was wanting to replace because these from switchbot have energy monitoring. Well Having to download another app + having to sign up for an account was pretty annoying. I signed up for an account without being given a choice and then starting running into problems with the app. Needless to say all the annoyances quickly outweighed the benefits for me. The SmartLife plugs are often smaller or the same size with dual plugs. These from switchbot are just too big, and with a mediocre user experience, even for the price. 33 stars, I wish I could like these but Ill be staying with my cheaper, smaller, and easier to use smart plugs.

> 24 hourThe instructions are difficult to understand. They just don’t make sense. I somehow ended up setting the plug to come on at 3am for two hours. I needed it set at 2pm for 3 hours. It can’t take multiple settings and I can’t figure out how to make it work correctly. I’m normally pretty tech savvy but this has me stumped. Not worth the time to keep trying to figure it out.

> 24 hourWont let me control via bluetooth, wants to connect to my wifi which I am explicitly avoiding as any smarthome app connected to your home network is undoubtedly spyware, why I try to limit. If the seller can explain to me how to do bluetooth only control. I will revise this review but as it stands the plug requires their spyware to have access to my home network, which I find unacceptable.

> 24 hourI’ve been appreciating and enjoying my SwitchBot outlets to time connections to my aquarium. I’ve found it extremely helpful as a timer for both my lights as well as the wavemaker

> 24 hourThese are a great way to find out what your bigger power wasters are in your house and/or have a controllable power switch. I only gave it 3 stars for ease of use because I had to contact customer support to find out how to delete the power usage history when I want to move the switch to a different plug/device. Plot twist: you cant. However, if you hold the button for about 20 seconds it will completely reset the SwitchBot. Then you just delete and re-add it in the app.
