Youll save a lot of money on filters using these. Only take a few minutes to use and if you clean the plastic frame occasionally these filters will last you several months for an average tank. Work really well with my 30 gallon freshwater tank.

Simple to configure at about 1/4 the price.

If I knew it was the ones I had to assemble I wouldnt have bought them. Ill use them but will stick with the smaller packages.

Ive been buying these Tetra Bio Bag filter cartridges for a long time, and mostly on Amazon. I like to buy the large 12 pack because its economical. I usually look for the vendor that is selling them at the lowest price, with Prime shipping included, because the Bio Bag filter cartridges are the same, regardless of whom you buy them from. I change them weekly, and they keep my aquarium water crystal clear. I would say that the performance is quite good, either a 4 or 5, but the price, regardless of whom I buy the product from, is always steep. The value for my money is a 3 or 4. Overall, Id average these filter cartridges at about a 4, but if I could do half stars Id give the product a 4.5.
