works awsome. details stand out great. most colors just not needed unless specific details are desired. mostly i just use dark shader

I had a lot of trouble with one bottle. I am not sure if it was operator error (how does one mess up squeezing a bottle??) but I was having trouble getting the paint to come out, so I tried to push a pin through the spout. The, needing to squeeze harder, I literally popped the spout off the thing! I am not sure why the spouts even come off--they already have the ball bearings inside. Anyway, I spilled a tablespoon of paint on my table, a book, and of course my fingers. Too much trouble it seems.... Maybe if I bought the quarter pint size or whatever they are it would be simpler....

This is the first time using this wash set, and it has come in handy helping my minis look that much better. It can be used to help cover up small mistakes if you use the corresponding colors. Great item set over would recommend.

This kit is An amazing tool. It has all the colors you will need to shade the details on your miniatures. The droper is very convenient and prevents spiling, and waste.

I bought a box of Army Paint a few years back when I started getting into painting miniatures, and the selection/quality of paints provided where pretty great, so when I was looking for some more washes, I naturally went with Army Painter again. Over priced? Without a doubt!!! Acrylic paint isn’t hard to find, but because these paints/washes are “for minis” that makes them more expensive. I only bought the washes because I’m familiar with them. If you know of other ways to give your minis the same effect these washes give, but with different methods, I recommend skipping these entirely.
