This is the set to get along with the Army Painter brushes if you are new to painting. I love these guys!

Great inks, except for my soft tone seems to had been mixed with to much pigment, large clump on the bottom and no matter how much i shake it there are just large chunks and flakes that come out. If it wasnt for that it would be an easy 5 stars.

adds detail to model figures.

Favorite washes, esp for the price point. These are just as good as the big boys washes, dont dry out in its own container, and work at least as well. Personally, these are a lot better than equivalent brands at same price point that I have tried.

Work well. The only problem is that I receiverd two red tones and no green tone.

Delivered on time; product met description

I normally use a homemade black wash, but I wanted to try some other colors and see what professional shades were like. I was always hesitant because of how small the bottles are, but I found out that a little bit goes a long way. One of the coolest thing is that it came with a painting guide. At first, I thought it was a catalogue because it was so thick. Its a nice addition, especially for people who are new to painting miniatures. The book covers all aspects of painting your minis, not just a guide for shades, so dont throw it out. My only complaint is that one of the bottles was half open, so a bit of the shade leaked out and stuck to one of the dropper lids. Im really lucky it wasnt dried out or got all over everything.

These pant washes ae very good. Many videos on computer demonstrate their use. They ae expensive for the amount of product in the container.

I have to give this a one star because the package was soaked inside the wrap. The book is destroyed. I would say one of the bottles leaked but there was no discernable shading in the liquid. I have processed a return and I am hoping to change this review upon receipt of the new set. Overall not a huge deal other than the slight inconvenience of running this to the UPS store and being bummed that my painting plans are delayed a tiny bit.

Army Painter is the best products for how I like to paint...quickly so I can get my minis to the table for game time.
