We gave this to my just turned two year old grandson for Christmas. He immediately got on and we took turns helping him get used to the idea. It was cold outside so that morning we rolled up a runner & used floor space inside the house. At this point hes a pro, pretending its a motorcycle! He turns the pretend key on the handlebars & brrrooom(his version of motorcycle sound effects), pushes off with his feet and is able to balance while rolling for periods of time. Until the motorcycle needs more speed!! The bike was a cinch to put together and the seat is easily adjustable. Its as heavy duty as any bike should be & one of the best values for our money this year. Five solid stars. I think hell have fun with this for quite some time and when hes finished with it, well pass it down to his little cousin.

I’m updating my review on my own account after we used the bikes more and the founder reached out to me. If you’re looking for a great balance bike for your little The Croco is great and their customer service is amazing! I got two bikes for my 2 1/2 yr young twins. Green and blue (their favorite colors). I chose the lightweight option not realizing there was also a sturdy frame option made of steel. Originally I thought it was too light but after my boys started using them more, I noticed they were perfect! They can easily carry their own bike and walk around with them safely and they love that sense of independence! They also love that it came with a bell. The grip tape used on the bike where kids can put their feet up is abrasive. It scraped up the inside of my little boys legs to the point of bleeding with very little riding. They’ve already reached out to their factory to look at alternative materials they could use and will include the grip tape separate so you can choose whether or not to use it. I greatly appreciated this because it shows they really care about their customers!

My daughter has used this for two years (age 2-4) and takes it everywhere. She keeps up with her three big sisters and is ready for a pedal bike!

I bought a Strider 12 sport for my 3 year old granddaughter and the croco for my 18 month old grandson. Altho these both are awesome bikes hands down the croco was a better choice. The kids both like the croco better! It is lighter in weight, dosent get dirty as fast, rides smooth and the price is way better! If youre torn like I was as to which on to buy go with the CROCO... you wont be disappointed! I should have listened to the few reviews that said this and wish more reviews would have pointed me to the croco! I felt impelled to write this in my review to hopfully help others. Im not sure what the hype on the Strider is all about...way over priced! I should have gotten two Crocos and saved myself some $

Has been great for our 2.5 year old. We do a little bit every day that we can. She is more motivated when other kids walk with us. Have had it for a few months during the hot TX summer and she is gaining strength and confidence. I try to start her on a downward slope, even small ones. She went halfway around the block the other day before stopping. And she also recently hopped on her tricycle and just started pedaling on her own down the driveway. Even though she didnt go far, just down the slope of the driveway, she had the hang of the back and forth motion of pedaling that she didnt grasp before. I know this is because of the balance bike practice. Ths croco bike is great. Holds up well and is super lightweight. When she is tired, Im able to carry her, piggy-back, and the bike back to the house. We got the purple one with the bell and she loves it. I showed her videos of other kids learning how to ride balance bikes while we waited for it to be shipped. The seat and handle bars are easy to adjust. So glad we made this purchase!

I did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding to go with the Croco balance bike. Our 2 yr. old grandson loves it! It is so lightweight that he can handle it by himself no matter what he is doing with it. It is his most favorite thing to do. He will ride for hours. When we backed over it with our truck and busted the front wheel off, we emailed Croco to find out if we could buy replacement parts and they responded quickly. Within 2 hours we had a new wheel in the mail for FREE! Amazing customer support, so glad we chose this brand for his bike!

I have to sadly return this bike since it is too small for me 4 year old daughter!? It is fantastic though especially in regards to its weight (benefit of aluminum frame).
