We loved this bike for its lightweight easy to ride design. After a year of use though the handles no longer stay locked in place on the shaft and it’s not safe for my children. We’ve tried to fix it but haven’t been able to. Super disappointed this didn’t last longer. ***edited original review. Customer service team reached out to me and handled this issue. They were extremely proactive and professional. I would order from this brand again!

Okay! This bike is awesome!!! My son is tiny, he is 27 months but can wear 12 month clothes still so I was worried the bike would be too big but it fits him perfectly with still room for him to grow! He got a hang of it quickly and rides this bike everyday! The bike is very lightweight and easy for him to maneuver and for us to carry home when he doesn’t feel like riding anymore. I would definitely buy this again and recommend to anyone looking for a balance bike! I read etched all the big brands before buying this one and it is perfect!

Easy to assemble but one of the wheels came bent, the package itself didn’t have any damage.

I wish I would have had this bike for my first child, it has made teaching a child how to ride a bike soooo easy for my second child. My son just didnt have the confidence and was afraid of falling. With this bike he doesnt have to be afraid of falling because he can catch himself. Its so light weight that he can move the bike around all by himself and doesnt need me to help. Side note: As the one who has to put all the new toys together, this was super easy to assemble. I literally had this together in less than 3 minutes AND without any additional tools. All around great bike to buy if you want to teach your child how to ride a bike.

My nearly 3 year old son loves to be outside but has not quite nailed peddaling so we thought this would be a great Chritmas gift for him. It took about two attempts before he had this all figured out and was flying. The tires are a little slippert per some reviews but I wouldnt even think to remove a star for hit. This is perfect for his stage of development and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Update:the company is awesome, they responded back and offered to send new bearings-super fast response and greatly appreciated! Wanted to give this bike 5 stars but I just can’t. First off, it’s a great buy! I can’t find a single balance bike that is this high quality for the price-it is light as a feather, super easy to put together, has rounded bolts for safety, decent saddle, and adjusts to fit a wide range of children (my 20 month and 5 yr old can ride). The tires are a blessing or a curse dependent on where you intend on taking your kid riding. Personally I love the foam because it’s lightweight and durable for outside use-but if you’re planning on indoor use think about getting one with air filled rubber tires so your child won’t slip. So what’s the problem with the bike? Why not 5 stars? Well folks, it’s the wheel bearings. Even if I spin them as hard as I can I will get a maximum of 7 revolutions, normally just 5-and that’s brand new right out of the box. I’m sure dust and dirt/sand will make them even worse over time and I will probably have to order new ones sooner rather than later. However-my baby is just learning and will not be bombing any sweet hills for awhile so it’s just fine and we love the bike!

This bike is fantastic! We got it for my daughter when she was just a year old, so she was a little short for it but loved to be pushed around on it. Now that she is 16 months old, she can touch and move herself around on it (though were still working on steering!) and its a great way to get her used to balancing while working off some toddler energy! It is sturdy, assembled really easily, and was a great value for the quality considering that it will grow with her for years.

Order was delivered promptly and packaging was in great shape! The individual bike pieces were all wrapped very well to protect during shipping! The bike itself was very easy to put together and they even sent the little tools needed. It nstructions were easy to follow! We live in May Chicano so my 2 yr old granddaughter wont be able to ride much till spring, but she was very excited to recieve it at christmas

The bike arrived with missing parts and no instructions. Upon contacting the company, a new bike and surprise gift were immediately sent out. It arrived in perfect condition and it was pretty simple to put together. It is a nice, lightweight balance bike! The company has excellent customer service and went above and beyond. Amazon originally sent us a returned bike, so it was not any fault of the company.
