> 3 dayThis bike is great for my 2 year old. It is extremely lightweight and easy to assemble. The initial bike frame was slightly bent, but customer service was great! They immediately responded and mailed out a new bike. It’s rare to get such excellent customer service. Definitely worth the buy.

> 3 dayMy nephew had a bike similar to this when he was a tot. He loved it and went on to learn to ride a bike without ever using training wheels. So we got one last year and another this year for our 2 little boys second birthdays. Obviously, we think it is very good choice, since we went back and bought a second one a year later. We now have two and three year olds racing around on them. They are light, sturdy and easy to adjust. We let them ride down the hallway in the house and also use them outside.

> 3 dayI cant believe how little this bike weighs. My doorman was shocked when I told him what was in the package, and more importantly, my 2 yr old can easily pick it up and maneuver it. The tires dont require air and are sturdy/solid enough to ride on asphalt, yet they dont slip, making them ideal for indoor use on wood floors. The size of the frame is ideal for smaller children and the handlebars and seat are easily adjustable. The paint finish is very high-quality but the stickers (super cute) were a bit loose or unevenly applied. The steering rack tends to rotate a bit even though it is completely tightened. Its not a real issue now but I worry that it may become one as my child gets bigger and more independently active with it. I wouldnt want her to oversteer and have the entire rack rotate. I also wish the footrests were a bit larger for the tiny kids because its not easy for them to raise and bend their knees to get their feet into the proper position. Shes not quite ready to rest her feet and coast anyway, so again, its not an issue at this time. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and my toddler loves it.

A VERY Satisfied Customer
> 3 dayBought this for my grandson. He loves it. Quick assembly. Would recommend a balance bike to any child before using a regular bike. The other grandson taught himself how to ride a regular bike without ever using training wheels after using a balance bike for around 6 months.

> 3 dayWe bought this for our two year old for Christmas and he loves absolutely loves it. We already had a tricycle that he rides pretty often and we had previously tried to get him a small bike with training wheels. He hasn’t been able to get the hang of training wheels so we thought we’d give the balance bike a try and we are super glad we did. The balance bike was the perfect size and it is really light. He was able to get on right away and scoot around. He has started gaining more confidence since riding multiple times and we will eventually be able to transfer him to his other bike without training wheels. I really like how light this bike is and how easy it was to put together. The bike is sturdy and the welds look good and it arrived in perfect condition. My only negative is the wheels on the are plastic. While I can appreciate the fact that these don’t need to be pumped up h air, I would much prefer traditional rubber tires. Overall in super happy with my purchase

> 3 dayThese bikes are amazingly light, have held up really well to my 4 year old twins and my daycare kiddos. Our puppy chewed the seats of both bikes, beyond usable, within the first month of buying them. I contacted the company about purchasing new seats. They dont sell the spare parts but they DID send TWO brand new seats. Even before the amazing customer service, I wouldve bought/ recommend these bikes to other parents without hesitation. Thank You Croco!!

> 3 dayWe gave this to my just turned two year old grandson for Christmas. He immediately got on and we took turns helping him get used to the idea. It was cold outside so that morning we rolled up a runner & used floor space inside the house. At this point hes a pro, pretending its a motorcycle! He turns the pretend key on the handlebars & brrrooom(his version of motorcycle sound effects), pushes off with his feet and is able to balance while rolling for periods of time. Until the motorcycle needs more speed!! The bike was a cinch to put together and the seat is easily adjustable. Its as heavy duty as any bike should be & one of the best values for our money this year. Five solid stars. I think hell have fun with this for quite some time and when hes finished with it, well pass it down to his little cousin.

> 3 dayWe loved this bike for its lightweight easy to ride design. After a year of use though the handles no longer stay locked in place on the shaft and it’s not safe for my children. We’ve tried to fix it but haven’t been able to. Super disappointed this didn’t last longer. ***edited original review. Customer service team reached out to me and handled this issue. They were extremely proactive and professional. I would order from this brand again!

> 3 dayUpdated: This bike is very lightweight! Thats great. The assmebly was very simple and east too. But my son cannot ride it. He doesnt like it at all. The bike is not balanced by itself and despite all of the tutorials Ive watch and tricks Ive tried, he simply cannot use it. Im not sure what to do with it. I would send it back but the deadline was yesterday. Update: This company has great customer service. After my post they reached out to me and offered a refund because of my childs trouble with the bike. They offered advice on how I can possibly get my kids to use the bike. Great customer service is rare and greatly appreciated!.
