I tried this massager for the first time at a relatives house on my left shoulder and it took the pain away literally took it away. My shoulder had been hurting for the past few years and nothing else worked except for this massager. Great product I had to buy one. My wife is going to use it on her arm next as soon as she gets back from vacation. Awesome product.

We got one of these on the recommendation of a friend. Its amazing for focused muscle massage. Weve found that the only place you dont want to use it is directly over bone (though you can just ease up on how hard youre pressing). Its surprisingly powerful for a hand held massager. Even at the lowest of three settings it does an incredibly job of getting tightened muscles to ease up. Really good for leg cramps. I also get cramps in the arch of my foot sometimes and this thing makes short work of them. Battery life is also insane for such a small device. It goes months sometimes without needing a charge, even with fairly regular use. We havent tried any of the different heads. This one works great.

Well, I am 72 years old and I have multiple issues with the disks of my spine. As a result I get lots of pain, tight muscles, and loss of range of motion. At times I feel hunched over. I tried one of the normal sized Theraguns and it was too heavy for me to use, awkward to use on my back. I tried the Theragun mini because of my physical therapists’ recommendation. It is very easy to use and my muscles are so much more relaxed and pliable now in just three weeks of use. I am able to use the Thera gun and all aspects of my body including upper and lower back. This may be the best physical exercise type device I’ve ever purchased! Bill
