I already have the larger version of this tool… but I prefer this new mini version It is much easier to use

I purchased this theragun to use for my restless legs because it was recommended to me. However, I do not see that it has helped to relieve restless legs symptoms. I was disappointed, but then the gun can help athletes use it to relieve cramps, etc.

Portable, durable battery - we use it lightly and havent needed to charge yet. Even at the lowest setting you probably dont want to massage too close to your spine, so this is not a complete replacement for a proper massage but definitely a win for convenience

It was great while it lasted however the device randomly started losing charge and then just completely died. If you want to get it, know that holding it gets tiring after a while. The battery lasts for a few minutes depending on the speed youre using, but the percussion pressure is top notch. Really made a difference with knots in our back. I almost bought the different head attachments because we loved it so much. However all good things come to an end and this devices battery died close to a year after purchase. Expected a much longer life from a $200 device. When I contacted the company they gave me an excuse that they couldnt do anything as the window had just passed on the warranty and offered a coupon. If I could trade it in to swap the battery, I wouldnt be upset. However the fact that I have a dead electronic device that I have to throw away in 2023 is a really bad look for a company whose whole thing is about health. Wont be buying from this brand again unfortunately.

My wife has used this after a day’s hard work and found that is loosens tight muscles which leads to better rest.

Life saver. The three setting are great for each needed pressure.

Wife bought me the Theragun Pro - loved it so much, picked up the Theragun Mini. Great Percussion gun to drop in a bag and take with me. Hangs in the metal holster on the nightstand. Theragun Pro for the majority of work, Mini for the finishing touches. Great to have with me pre/during/post activity, then head home for the deeper tissue work the Pro gun delivers. My body is thanking me - Im going on 60 (63, 185lbs), and after years of punishment these percussion guns really help and make me want to get up and charge a new day. No miracle cure, but they warrant the Heston - Out of My Cold Dead Hands endorsement.

Excellent ergonomics - I prefer to use this model to a larger version because of how it fits in my hand. Perfect for travel. Amazing amount of power. Battery life could be better (lasts several days/applications), so you will have to travel with the charger cord.

I suffer from arthritis in my lower vertebrae which has the added effect of triggering sciatica. As an avid golfer, lower back and sciatic nerve pain have made it difficult to play. But getting this has changed everything for me! I got the Mini because its portable. I went out for a round of golf a few days ago, and in the middle of the round, I could feel my lower back starting to tense up. I pulled out my Theragun and spent a couple of minutes treating my lower back and upper gluteus thats affected by my sciatica. After treatment, I was all set! Highly recommmended!
