If you’re on the fence about getting this one. Do yourself a favor and buy it. I use it before and after gym. My lower back is significantly getting better. Spend the 200 bucks and get it for yourself. It’s your well-being after all.

I was suffering from golfers elbow from doing push ups and pull ups. This has allowed me to continue these exercises. Excellent product, highly recommended!

We have the full size unit and use it all the time. We purchased this as we travel a lot. Overall, I LOVE this for travel. The reason for 4 stars is because the case doesnt protect the unit from turning on during travel. Please imagine having this in your professional backpack and having it turn on when youre at the office or on the plane... its awkward trying to explain with it isnt! I had one plane boarding where it turned on several times within a few minutes.

I own many massage devices but the percussion motion of the Theragun is superior to any other massager I have ever used. And, ergonomically, the Theragun Mini is extremely easy to use and handle. A wonderful little machine!

Simple to use and neat to hold. It does what the advert says! I use it pre and post cycling. It also adds some ease to a ‘burning hip! Highly recommended

Having just had achilles surgery, and not walking for about 6 weeks, once I got out o f the hard cast and into a walking boot. My right calve feel like a GIANT knot.. Like ROCK hard and painful. My physical therapist recommended a massager that I could use myself.. I did my homework, checked all reviews, and settled on the Theragun new 4th generation mini.. So GLAD i did.. It arrived, I read the instructions while it charged to full capacity, and then put it to the test. Started on slow speed, there are 3 settings. 1st few passes, I had to apply very little pressure and it really hurt, but after about 1/2 hour I started applying more pressure till I pushing it deeper.. It really started to work out the knots, and by the 2nd day, I was on the 2nd speed and going deep to really work those knots out. A couple more days and I was on the highest speed and now I have NO issues with my calve.. SERIOUSLY, THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES.. GO FOR IT.. You wont be disappointed.. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT.. Only issue you, like me might have, is now I look for aches and pains so I can massage them out.. LOL
