Great to work on calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes. Provides legitimate relief after exercise or to loosen up before exercise or in the morning.

> 3 dayWe love the convenience of this mini theragun after using our friends for 2 hours on ourselves after snowboarding. But the mini battery dies in 30-45 mintues and if you want to use for a long period of time or with back to back people, like a professional setting, its useless and annoying because you have to charge it daily.
